Everyone is friendly and upbeat. They all made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. I felt she was in good hands. They explained the process to her very well. She is eleven and can be shy but she asked questions and was at ease throughout the visit. We immediately felt as if we have been coming here for years. It was our first visit but definitely not our last.
I called around to ask for prices for a procedure that I needed done on my teeth. Because I have no insurance, everyone quoted me $500 and up. I called Dr. Reyes' office and he had the most reasonable and affordable price for people with no insurance. He didn’t charge me anywhere close to $500 and I was happy with that. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Reyes listened to my concerns and took his time with me. I asked one of the receptionists how long she’s been working there and she said 14 years and everybody else has been there a long time. For the staff to be there that long, that tells you a lot about Dr. Reyes and his staff. Thank you.
They were very professional and very helpful ,I've gone to many different dentists and they were all crsp ' here at alamo city dentists, they actually listened to what I had to say and to what I wanted done ,I was and am very happy with the staff there I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs dental care
Responded very professionally and quick. Broke one of my molars (on a Sunday) they were able to get me in the next day (as early as possible). Every thing went smoothly and kept me informed of every step. 👍🏽👍🏽
