5 months agoI was referred to Dr. Grey by my periodontist and I am highly impressed herself and staff. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I was super nervous and embarrassed how much work I was gonna require but she put me at ease. She explained everything in detail and the best part was Tucker. I never knew I needed an emotional support animal until he was on my lap. He sat there the entire procedure and it made me feel at ease. I’m so excited to a new patient and have definitely found my dentist!

3 months agoDr Gray was great when she was here. Since then, she sold the practice to the new Dr (the very nice gentleman, I don’t know how to spell his name) and I admit I was nervous how things might change. Thankfully, he is great! I got a crown put on and I was very nervous but he was wonderful at putting me at ease, very gentle and in tune with making sure I didn’t experience pain. I even found myself laughing and making jokes with him which I totally did not expect. He was meticulous with making sure the color of my crown matched and the end result looked great. Could not be more pleased.

in the last weekExcellent experience! Stephanie managed cleaning my teeth so nicely. No hard scraping, flossing, etc. It was a really great visit.

2 months agoI came in with two chipped teeth. He suggested crowns or veneers and pushed me to crowns. It turns out, I don't know what crowns or veneers are. I think I would have had crowns anyways, but it was a huge shock when I saw how my original teeth were whittled to stubs. Your patients are not dentists and you need to explain things to us. It's easy to assume everyone knows about your profession when you've been swimming in that water for years, but you can't. They're nice people, and ultimately, it's my fault for not asking questions. After all, they don't care about my teeth as much as I do, and they never will. But I think this suggestion will help them in the future. In any case, my teeth are never coming back and I need to live with my mistake.
