This was our first time visiting this dentist office and we had such a great experience! Albert helped us sign in and he was amazing—very kind, patient, and explained everything so well. He made me and my husband feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. We will definitely be coming back!

I am writing on behalf of my mother, Norma. For months, she was without her dentures due to complications with the lab. Those months were incredibly difficult for her. she felt ashamed to smile or even be seen. It affected her so deeply that she skipped celebrating her own birthday and asked us to simply bring food home so she wouldn’t have to face anyone. Seeing her go through that was truly heartbreaking. As Thanksgiving approached, my mother made one final attempt to get help, and that’s when she reached a young woman named Ana. From the very first moment, Ana showed my mother a level of kindness and respect that we will never forget. She listened really listened and treated her with patience, compassion, and dignity. Ana promised to contact the lab and keep my mother informed every step of the way. Not only did she keep that promise, she went above and beyond. Within just a few days, my mother received the call she had been waiting for: her dentures were ready. The joy and relief she felt in that moment meant everything to us. Even after my mother picked them up, Ana followed up to make sure she was doing well. It’s easy for older patients to feel overlooked, but Ana made my mother feel valued, seen, and cared for. Because of her extraordinary kindness, our family will always remain loyal patients. We are deeply grateful for everything she did for my mother.

Great experience. I initially scheduled a visit as I had some tooth pain flare up one day. It was a very quick phone call, and I was able to be seen the next day. I was a new patient and I had x-rays done that day and two follow-up cleanings booked for a later time. The cleanings went very well, and I most recently had an appointment for my wisdom teeth extraction. It went perfectly and everyone who worked with me that day were extremely professional as well as very friendly. I wish I could credit everyone by name, but every person I worked with from my initial consultation to my surgery was nothing short of amazing. I do remember Albert who was the receptionist who checked me in for my first visit and well as Dr. Payne who did my recent surgery. Great people who do amazing work. I will continue to come here for any future dental work.

What a great atmosphere this place has! The staff was top-notch—super friendly and professional. I was in and out in no time, which I really appreciate. Miranda at the front desk was a standout; they were very attentive and helpful. Thank you for the great service!

I will never come to this Dentist office again or their sister location Westoverhills Family Dental. I had been going on and off to the Westoverhills location for about 2 years and all was good in the beginning until they changed dentist when I quickly noticed they were trying to charge me up for all mine and my daughters dental work. My daughter needed a molar pulled to which the dentist refused to do it because she said my daughter needed to be sedated which would cost me an additional $500 dollars she claimed my daughter was to anxious. I had cavities that needed to filled which she told me I needed crown tips which would cost me roughly about $2,500. She says you might be able to find a dentist who will do fillings but I don’t recommend it. Obviously huge price difference. I switch to Southwest family Dental we start off semi good. They pull my daughters molar without the need to sedate her. Now come to my visit Dr. Maldonado who was amazing when it came to my dental work comes in I explain my last visit at the previous location and he determines I in fact do only need fillings but while I’m getting my work done the assistant was falling asleep and cut a chunk of my lip off so I walked out with a huge whole on my bottom lip. When she called to check on me she tells me she felt so bad that I wasn’t going to be able to give my man mouth hugs, totally unprofessional. When I came back for a follow on my lip and to finish my dental work I’m told I have a balance of $90 my insurance didn’t cover so I pay it. Fast forward to today where I had paid $150 for an orthodontist consultation in advance mind you if you don’t agree to move forward with treatment you lose out on that deposit, so the Doctor comes in evaluates my daughter and says she would need jaw surgery to bring her bottom jaw forward after her braces but HE will not do the treatment of her braces if I don’t agree to have the surgery afterward so now I lose out on that deposit because he refuses to do her braces not me. His bedside manner was horrible he was rude so I go to the front desk to check out and I request 2 receipts that my FSA was requesting one being for the $90, the girl at checkout tells me oh you actually have a $70 credit because the insurance overpaid, so I’m thinking if they overpaid the. How did I have a balance?? She tells me that she’s going to give me a receipt showing I purchased a tooth brush for $70 but then she would switch it back showing I have a credit. This place is so shady and unorganized, I have canceled all future appointments for my kids and myself and I will be taking my daughter for a second opinion with another Orthodontist. If it was up to me I wouldn’t even give it a star. Reply Back to: South Park Family Dental Owner) No I did not bite my lip, the dental assistant was falling asleep during my treatment and cut a chunk of my lip off when she was supposed to retract. The bruising on my lip is from her constantly pulling and tugging on my lip to try to stop the bleeding. I was told by the dentist we accidentally cut your lip but that will heal. When I brought my concerns to the office manager all she said was do you want me to archive yours and your children’s account so that we don’t try reaching out to you instead of showing sympathy or concern. I will be reporting this place to my insurance as well.
