I also want to say how happy I am with everyone there, including Valerie, Lulu, Yolanda, and Gussie. I have been visiting South Park Family Dental for the past 11 years and it's always great seeing them because they're always willing to assist in anything I may need with a smile on their face and great attitude. I miss Dr. Garza as well. Kellsie was great help yesterday. She was very kind and sweet. She took x-ray photos for me as I went in for a cleaning. It was great meeting her as well.

I absolutely love Valerie, she's the receptionist at South Park Family dental!! She gets back with you in a timely manner and tries to get you an appointment on your scheduled day off. Even if she can't get you an appointment on the day that your requesting, she will call you back with a day that's available and works for you. The staff are friendly and proficient in their work, and I am highly pleased with the care that my husband received. So glad that they have extended hours on Saturday, to be seen and so we don't have to miss work. This dental office is a blessing in disguise!!

I absolutely love this office. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dr.Shiva is a true professional, she listens to my concerns and explains all the details. She did an amazing job on my crown. I decided to get my bottom retainer removed due to permanent retainer failure that lead to one crooked tooth. I didn’t really mind the crooked tooth and opted for a hawley retainer to keep my teeth in place as they were. It took 2 months for them to get me a new retainer after I got my bottom permanent retainer removed. Every couple of weeks I would go in and they would say something went wrong and I had to make new impressions of my teeth (with every new impression and weeks passing by my teeth would shift more and more). By the time I took my final impression the entire bottom row of my teeth were noticeably more crooked. I expressed my concern to the dentist and her reply was that it was minimal shifting and that I could always pay for Invisalign or braces. That's easy for you to say when it is not your time and money. I was expecting them to rectify the situation but nothing First photo is my bottom teeth while I had my permanent retainer. As you can see I had one slightly crooked tooth. Not that big of a deal. Also apologies for the poor quality photo. I don't have many photos of my bottom teeth because I never thought I would need them. Second photo is my bottom teeth after waiting 2 months for retainer after permanent retainer removal.

I want to share my phenomenal experience at South Park Dental Care… The reviews are true guys they really are the best! I am totally scared of the dentist but these people made me feel at home and put me at ease. I want to thank Yolanda for checking me in setting me up and then she was the assistant that helped me on both my visits with the dentist. She is a total bad a** and needs a raise for all the hard work and dedication to her job! I saw Dr Dewey on both visits as well and he was also amazing! I appreciate him thinking of my comfort levels and being honest on what the process would be through my dental work. Thank you so much for making me feel part of the family and making this experience awesome!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!
