    Absolutely love Marina Grins! They put their customers first and the experience there is always great from start to finish: the front desk is so organized, communicative and friendly, and the dentists/dental hygienists take their time to make sure everything is okay with your teeth. When they find an issue, they’re very calm and professional about it, and want to find a solution that doesn’t cost you an arm & a leg. This is incredibly refreshing, especially after going to dentists in SF who have pushed unnecessary treatment on me (including a crown that Marina Grins fixed). I refer all my friends and co-workers to them!

    I had an amazing first experience at Marina Grins. I was immediately greeted by the front desk and they were super nice and helpful. The whole staff is warm and very knowledge! They made me feel super comfortable and explained everything that was going on. I was very impressed by their high tech as well. 100% will be coming back for my dental necessities!

    Awful service, high hidden fees, impolite and rude staff. Would recommend looking elsewhere. **Editing following Martina Grins reply, see below** This was the FULL late policy I received in my first email from Marina Grins. My work is in office 5 days a week, and they had trouble accommodating an appointment time. Nowhere here does it mention that there is a $75 charge if you cancel less than two days (!) in advance. There are concert venues and airlines with better and more transparent cancellation approaches than this dental office. Don’t be gaslit by their defensiveness. LATE POLICY We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing you to be late for your scheduled appointment(s). To ensure that we are able to provide you with the best possible care, we have a late policy in place. Please read and sign below 1. We understand that emergencies & unforeseen circumstances may cause you to be late for your appointment. We offer a grace period of ten (10) minutes for late arrivals. If you arrive within the grace period, we will do our best to accommodate you & provide you with your scheduled services. 2. If you arrive more than ten (10) minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide you with your scheduled services. In this case, you will need to reschedule your appointment for a later date. 3. If you know that you will be late for your appointment, please call our office as soon as possible to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide you with your scheduled services if you arrive more than ten (10) minutes late.

    After 20+ years, our family’s dentist retired. As one can imagine, it’s quite difficult finding a new dentist or practice to be comfortable with. I’m happy to say yes! Through numerous recommendations , we chose Dr. Elena Heredia, DDS and her team. From the professionalism upon arrival by the office manager, Christina, to the etiquette of dental hygienists and finally , Dr. Annelise Eriksen, DDS, who attended to a thorough evaluation of what is needed( and perhaps not) as 55 year old, I felt good, comfortable and chilled. Incredible cutting edge technology, clean as whistle ( old school term) and transparency you can see through all the flat screens. *That dang chair should actually be in every car. In summary, nice, professional, energetic, young , cutting edge dentistry that really changes why going to the dentist , growing up was miserable. Location in the triangle doesn’t hurt also😉

    Marina Grins accommodated me in an emergency when I lost an old filling, giving me a same day appointment and addressing all of my concerns at the time! They were so pleasant and they accept my insurance where a lot of practices do not and I wasn’t pressured to do more work than needed and their prices did not seem unreasonable. Like a lot of people, I had been putting off going to the dentist and was very anxious about what they were going to tell me. I was so relieved when they only suggested the necessary work in the moment, giving me the option to plan any work that might be needed in the future, over time. I have some other older fillings and they can plan to replace those over time giving me an opportunity to budget for it. Such a relief, who needs more stress in their life right now!
