While visiting San Francisco I unfortunately lost a filling. Young Dental was able to replace the filling for me the same day so I could enjoy my vacation. The front office staff was nothing short of amazing, working with me to fit me into the schedule. They even gave me a snack when they found out I had to skip lunch to be there. I had two Dental assistants that were just as friendly and helpful as anyone could possibly be. Finally the dentist was gentle, caring and empathetic, precise with a great personality and sense of humor. I highly recommend this practice, they are best I have ever been to. Thank you again to the folks at the front office, you went above and beyond and I do appreciate that.

I went to this office for over a year and was pretty satisfied at first. The staff here are very friendly and professional. However, I later started noticing gaps in communication and received conflicting information from the doctor to whom I spoke to about treatment plans. I had my wisdom teeth removed here by Dr. Young and immediately noticed a sharp edge on a tooth next to one of my extractions. I mentioned this in writing and in person a few times but no one ever discussed it further with me or explained what it was. Initially, I thought maybe it wasn’t a big deal as I wasn’t sure if this is typical following an extraction. However, I was later told by another doctor that I needed a filling replaced in that tooth. This was not a problem for me but what bothered me was that despite mentioning this several times, no one I spoke to following the extractions had followed up with my concern. I started to feel like this was no longer a place that I could trust for my dental care. This led me to the make the decision to switch to another office this year where I feel the staff are genuine and will always keep my best interests in mind.

Every visit to Young Dental is a good experience. Everyone is warm, friendly & professional. I always feel like I am given the attention I deserve & that they genuinely care regardless of who I see. Today I was both impressed & proud to read an article naming Dr. Young as the 2025 President of the American Association of Implant Dentistry. That’s a big deal to me because he did my implants & he is there in the office every time I go in. I would choose this dental office again & again. You should too.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Young and his team for their exceptional care during my recent root canal and crown procedure. Dr. Young was outstanding, and his team was both friendly and professional. They took the time to address all of my concerns, thoroughly explaining each step of the process to ensure I felt comfortable and informed. The procedure itself went seamlessly, and I experienced minimal to no pain both during and after the treatment. I truly appreciate how quickly they were able to accommodate me for the procedure, and I felt well cared for throughout the entire process. The only area for improvement I would suggest is enhancing communication with the administrative team regarding insurance and scheduling. However, this minor point aside, I am confident in saying that I will be a returning patient and would highly recommend this office to others. Thank you again for your excellent service.

After my beloved dental hygienist of 20 years in the south bay retired last year, I was on the search for a new dental practice. Had an appointment today with Dr Huynh who was wonderful. Smart and very thorough. And such a wonderful manner. Great experience!
