4 months agoI went to see Dr.Azzarelli after a friend recommended her. I was completely blown away by the level of cleanliness, professionalism, expertise, thoroughness, and heart-centered care I received. The experience was flawless. I am so grateful for Dr. A and her team! The office is clean. The support staff are all very kind and friendly and professional. They use the latest technology for everything. Dr. A spent a good deal of time with me. She went over all of my exams, all of her concerns, explained everything and answered all of my questions. She gave me a course of action for next steps and we agreed on a game plan. I am so grateful to have her as my dentist now. It wasn’t easy for me to switch from a dentist I’ve been seeing for over 25+ years but Dr. A made me feel like I’ve known her for years. I’m looking forward to taking care of my dental health because I know and trust I am in great hands with Dr. A and her team. Thank you so much!

5 months agoMy son just had the best dental visit, even though he has cavities! He got his teeth cleaned by Tess and absolutely loves her. He insists on only having Tess clean his teeth from now on. She was fantastic at educating him on the importance of flossing and brushing well. Dr. Jacob conducted his exam and reviewed all the X-ray findings with us. I've referred my family and patients here for years and will continue to do so. The care they provide is excellent, and all the staff, both front and back office, are amazing!

3 weeks agoI went in for my regular teeth cleaning. Lori was great (as usual) and took great care of me and my pearly whites during the visit. First she cleaned my teeth with the mint flavored paste then took XRays (I was due). Then she meticulously scraped the tartar from my teeth without issue. We reviewed my XRays with Dr Jacob and all was good. These are the kind of cleanings I like - boring, efficient and effective. That's what you get when you go to experienced and caring dental experts.

4 months agoDr Azzarelli is a kind, superb dentist. I am 64 years old and she is the best dentist I have ever had! I wish I had changed dentists a long time ago. I figured they were all the same. She has also assembled a wonderful office, support, dental hygienist staff. The best people probably want to work for a wonderful dentist. It seems like a happy workplace. At my last dentist office, everyone was afraid and nervous of the dentist. I'm glad I'm here now!

2 months agoDr Azarelli ruined my good tooth. I saw her for the first time around May 2024 to get a consultation for a bridge replacement. She examined my teeth, took x rays and referred me to a dental surgeon for the bridge. However, she claimed one of my tooth on the other side of my mouth had a chipped filling and wanted to redo it. I had absolutely no issues or any sensitivity with this tooth. However, I agreed and the filling was done. To my horror, after the new filling, the tooth developed significant pain while biting and extreme sensitivity to cold water on the side. It seems the doctor had filled up a non-existent cavity on the meeting point of my gum and tooth. When I went back to her and complained about the issue, she said maybe root canal is the option out. She claimed I had said I had earlier sensitivity on the tooth. I politely explained that there was no earlier sensitivity on that tooth. The only sensitivity I had mentioned earlier was for the teeth under the bridge on the other side of the mouth. She also claimed that the earlier filling was too deep and there is a risk with deep fillings. That should be well known to her from the x rays and she did not say anything about it before doing the filling. Couple of weeks later, she re-filled the same tooth where the sensitivity has developed. However, the problem is still there. She seems experienced but probably not attentive to patients problems. Multiple things happened which led me to the conclusion that I'm sharing here. She seems to have confused a sensitivity on one side of the mouth with a completely different tooth on the other side of the mouth. Also she performed a filling on a good tooth without explaining it was risky and that has now caused a lifelong problem for me. I don't know whether all the 5 star reviews here are real. My experience has been very bad.
