Made a consultation appointment for my mom recently. Got an appointment within a matter of days (this past Friday). Office is spotless and very well organized! Staff are very nice and explain everything clearly. Dentist is also very nice, up to date with new dental technologies, and very thorough. Will return soon and recommend to everyone! Wish I knew about these folks sooner! If I would give them 100 stars if I could!

I’ve been a customer for a few years now, and while Dr. Moradi and the hygienist, Rita are nice people, their administrative staff is incompetent and ineffectual. So much so I’ve begun looking for a new dentist. Two visits ago I came in for a teeth cleaning and found out after the service was performed that my dental insurance was no longer active. That in fact, it hadn’t been active for at least three months. The staff claims to have made the call and gotten an approval. But if the insurance had been lapsed for over three months, they wouldn’t have gotten the approval. So that quickly turned into a $200 out-of-pocket expense. Then, on my most recent visit, I went in again for another teeth cleaning. Again they claimed the sought preapproval from my insurance company, But didn’t Bother to mention that my new insurance was out of network for them. Therefore, I’d be paying a 90% out-of-pocket co-pay. In addition to that, I had a filling done, Another $116 co-pay On top of the previous balance. After the service was provided, I learned that I was expected to pay almost $500 out-of-pocket between these two visits. When had they told me that my insurance wouldn’t cover 95%, I would’ve just canceled the appointment and left. I feel like I got scammed. And I feel like as long as they get their money, they’re OK with it. I won’t be back.

Had a fantastic experience at Moradi Signature Smiles. My dental hygienist was amazing. I believe her name was Ophelia. She was very thorough with her work, knowledge, and kind. The dentists were informative, personable, and passionate. I would definitely recommend!!

The clinic is very clean and cozy. The nurse and the doctor were friendly and welcoming. I really liked the dental cleaning, and the doctor recommended a good treatment plan👍🏻

The dentist I forgot his name was able to take out my implants and put my old ones back temporarily.. I payed 1250.00 it was a little high considering it was only 8 screws but im not complaining. He did it on my first appointment. They have lot of people that work there all of them are very nice and friendly..I felt very comfortable there.. I will definetly go back..
