I've been a client of Artistic Family Dentistry for almost two years. During my first appointment, x-rays revealed that I needed extensive work. I agreed to a comprehensive treatment plan. Dr. Bikoi is a true artist! Her work is impeccable and has restored confidence in my smile. I can't see the difference between her work and my natural teeth. She also is passionate about teaching the importance of good oral hygiene and its relation to overall health. The office is also a reflection of her work and brand -- beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and the staff are friendly and amazing! I highly recommend this practice and her work!

Artistic family dentistry isn’t just a name. While it sounds cliché - they actually treat you like family. Somehow, the doctor remembers my kids names and what we they are up to and always inquiries how everyone is doing. Today the team saw me after close because I had been delayed in traffic. The dentist and technicians are gentle, kind, and the waiting room often has live music being performed by a truly gifted pianist. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. If there’s any downside, it is that the level of patient engagement and care is so strong that the doctor can get delayed caring for someone and later appointments can get delayed. While this can be frustrating at times, I remind myself that she would do the same for me. Just don’t assume that you’ll always be in and out. But as someone who’s spent years looking for a dentist that cared - listened and was affordable, it’s a small price to pay and one I benefit from when I’m the patient that needs the extra care. Also - Don’t be dismayed by the limited parking. There is a covered parking lot at 1200 East West Highway (Right around the corner) that is free (ignore the signs telling you to scan the QR code - they don’t work) and always has spots available. Bottom line – if you’re looking for a true family dentist in the downtown Silver Spring area - one cares for her patients and is not overpriced - you found the right practice.

I am a new patient and I had an amazing experience. Catie the front desk coordinator was so nice and professional. She explained my insurance to me and also how the appointment was going to go I was very pleased with her. At the end of my visit she went over the treatment plan with me and also gave me financial options. James the piano therapist wonderful! He plays peaceful and relaxing music I enjoyed listening to him play the piano. Dr. Bikoi and her dental assistants were super nice and very accommodating. They heard my concern and was very focused on where I had pain and set up a treatment plan for me. Ahn the hygienist took her time and very gentle with my cleaning. I am super happy I can't wait to come back to get my treatment done. I 100% recommended this office. Thank You Artistic Family Dentistry for this experience.

Such an amazing experience, you forget you’re seeing a dentist! The x-Ray room has massagers in the seat, the cleaning room is a full on spa room, essential oils, and the friendliest staff. The cleaning was very thorough and the dentist does a great job explaining the health of your teeth and providing recommendations and treatments. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

I had an excellent experience at this dental office. Hygienist Anh was thorough, gentle, and really took her time during my cleaning. She was courteous and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. What stood out most to me was how the dentist took the time to carefully review Anh's work, ensuring the job was done right in the areas of concern.
