Excellent experience. My first visit was a “catch-up” after having less-than-satisfactory experiences elsewhere. Dr. Handelman and his staff did a thorough analysis of my situation, explained our plan, and set things in motion. The hygienist Lynn did a great job. I am very pleased (and grateful to a friend who referred me here).

I visited the office for the first time and was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Sue assisted me with X-rays during my consultation and was both efficient and excellent at explaining each step of the process. I then met with Dr. Handelman, who conducted a thorough evaluation and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. Following the consultation, April was extremely helpful in scheduling my next cleaning appointment. She worked to find a time that fit my schedule and thoughtfully offered to place me on a waitlist for any earlier openings, which I greatly appreciated. During my cleaning appointment, Christie, the dental hygienist, was kind, thorough, and attentive, ensuring my comfort throughout the visit. Overall, my experience has been exceptional from start to finish. I highly recommend this office and look forward to returning for future care.

I've always had excellent care at SSSD, and my latest visit was no exception. Their administrative staff are polite and efficient. Their hygienists are highly competent, friendly, great at working with patients, and make an effort to induce as little pain as necessary (I’ve met hygienists at other practices who didn’t!) The dentists are knowledgeable, skilful, and engage with patients effectively. I’d recommend this practice to anyone.

After 20 years of care, my wife and I are completely satisfied with Dr. Foster and the team at Smile Designs. We've never waited more than 5 minutes in the lobby, and the service reminders are especially helpful.

I had a great dental hygiene cleaning with Lynn. She's a wonderful person and really does a terrific job . My dentist is Dr Christine Foster - she is kind, gentle and so personable she explains what she is doing and makes suggestions for ones dental health and hygiene. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I actually enjoy coming for my quarterly treatments and check ups. Kudos to everyone at Silver Spring Smile Designs, keep up the good work!
