I just want to start off by saying this place of business is amazing ,Professional, and top tier! I enjoyed everything from the ambiance to the wonderful customer service entering through the front door .Dr Bikoi is extremely kind and educated me on what needed to be worked on every step of the way .There was also a young lady at the front desk by the name of Jeanne who was very pleasant and made us feel very welcomed. Thank you Artistic Family Dentistry we will be back soon! I highly recommend everyone to Please come here you will have a great experience as well .

I didn't realize that a luxury dentistry was a thing, UNTIL i CAME HERE! Everyone is EXTREMELY professional and kind here. From the moment I walked through the door, the receptionists were both eager to assist me. The ambiance in this facility is so tranquil and zen that I was at ease my entire appointment. The doctors and dental hygenists are VERY knowledgable, and ensure that I understand everything about my dental health, best practices for maximizing my dental health, offered me something to drink, and did NOT make me feel pressured or shame during my visit. My cleaning felt like a spa experience, and I was in shock with how therapeutic the experience was. There was soothing music playing, I laid on a massage bed (super comfy) for my cleaning, a weighted eye cover was used tgo protect my eyes, and I almost fell asleep because the dentist was so gentle and I was so comfortable... it even ended with a gum massage! The aesthetic of this facility is impeccable, and align with a spa! I am very excited to be a regular at this dental practice, and I LOOK FORWARD to future appointments!

First off, I have serious dental anxiety. I came to Artistic Family Dentistry because it was convenient to where I lived. I will absolutely be coming back because Dr. Bikoi was the best dentist I've ever had. She has great bedside manner, is kind and very good at her job. I needed to have some work done and she never made me feel bad about it one time. This is the first time I have gone to the dentist and had zero anxiety. Plus, when you are getting your cleaning in the zenistry room it feels like a spa with massaging bed, aroma therapy and eye pillows. I cannot recommend Artistic Family Dentistry enough!!

Dr. Bikoi is THAT dentist (DDS), ok?! She's knowledgeable, passionate and presents info so that those with no dental knowledge get it. You're going to get the ultimate experience here. From amazing massaging chairs, excellent customer service, relaxing music, innovative technology to the great quality work performed by the front office staff, the hygienist, assistants and dentist, you're going to be satisfied. I could literally name drop everyone because they are all wonderful. I also love the diversity. They provide all services in house so you don't have to go to different places to have services such as root canals, crowns, Invisalign and so forth. Convenient right?! The place is in a good location and there are options for street and garage parking. I found Artistic from other Yelp reviews and am glad I listened. It's also worth noting I get some of the best naps here and they're open on Saturdays!

Marleny and Francesca make the administrative, office management, and billing process efficient and effortless. They are both enthusiastic, friendly and provide excellent customer service. Tony provided the best dental cleaning I've had in many years. I had my first teeth whitening with unbelievable results. He did an excellent job. Dr. Bikoi cares about her patient's dental health and dental education. She replaced all of my previous dental fillings to match the exact color of my teeth. The process was easy, and her cheerful disposition helped. All of this could not be possible without the help of Ashley and Desiree to assist. Ashley and Desiree work beside Dr. Bikoi to make being in a dental chair a delightful and painless experience. They are both very knowledgeable, cheerful and provide outstanding customer service.
