2 months agoMy experience at Silver Spring Smile Designs is always great. The staff is very nice and professional. I always schedule my cleanings with Sue, she's amazing! She is very gentle and always answers all of my questions and addresses any concerns I may have. Dr. Foster is wonderful, professional, gentle and very informative.

a month agoI was significantly overdue for a visit to the dentist and walked in to SSSD feeling a little anxious but mostly just ashamed of myself. I was immediately put at ease by all of the lovely staff. The woman at the front desk got me checked in quickly and I was brought back within a few minutes of my scheduled time. Sue, the dental assistant, was super friendly and took my x-rays efficiently. I was then seen by Dr. Handelman whose approach was a great mix of straightforward and reassuring. I was already well aware that my teeth and gums needed a lot of work but he reminded me that the only thing that mattered was that I was now taking steps to address those issues (and also that I start flossing regularly 😊). I’ve got a long path ahead of me but I’m motivated to get back on track with the support of this team. If you are in a similar boat just know it's not too late to turn things around and that you’ll receive compassionate and non-judgmental care here!

2 months agoI have been going to SSSD for a couple of years now and they are hands down the best dentists office I’ve been to. From the admin to the hygienists to the dentists, they are a wonderful team! I’ve had both regular cleanings and also major dental work (several crowns, fillings). The work is impeccable. I see Dr. Foster!

2 months agoMy family has been going to Silver Spring Smile Designs for more than 20 years. The office staff is efficient and friendly. My favorite hygienist is very gentle and seems to know instinctively whether to chat or stay quiet. Dr. H sets the tone for the office - friendly, efficient, gentle, and encouraging. Highly recommend.

6 months agoWe have been coming here for over a decade and are very happy with the care and treatment we receive from Dr. Foster and our hygienist Lynn. They are the best! I've had several fillings and crowns done by Dr. Foster. She is very gentle and attentive to patient comfort. The front office staff are very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this practice for your dental care.
