I went here for a cleaning and a few fillings. While the cleaning was fine, I did not have a good experience with the fillings. My goal was to have the fillings done and still have my permanent retainer fit. The fillings were done so messily that floss barely fit and the retainer did not fit at all. I could feel the grittiness from the resin all over the tooth. When I brought this to the attention of the doctor he said he’d fix it but sent someone else in to do it. That person tried but could not fix it. I asked again for the doctor and he came back telling me this was normal and would go away in a few days. Having had fillings before I know it could have been done more meticulously, and I insisted he fix it while I was still there. He fixed it before I left but all of this back and forth could have been avoided by a more careful job upfront.

Dr. Bouchebel really did an excellent job restoring my chipped front tooth. I could not even tell the difference after Dr. B finished restoring it. Dr. Luis also did a great job readjusting my mouthguard. Dr. B and Dr. Luis always take the time to explain in detail every procedure, which I appreciate very much. The staff at Always Smile DC are very warm and friendly. They always make me feel relaxed and welcome every time I come in for dental work. Overall, I am very satisfied with the dental services I receive and highly recommend Always Smile DC.
