DC Dentist provided exceptional customer service. Ms. Diamond was very friendly and professional. She supported me with rescheduling my appointment and working with my schedule. Dealing with this dentist became a terrible experience for me. I was looking to support black business, so I started to go here with my wife and child. A fellow parent at my child's school spoke highly of them as well. I went here for years. They knew I didn't allow X-rays on my child until he was 12 years because the radiation isn't good for his developing body and it was no issues. Me and my wife fell on hard times and didn't go to the dentist for around 18 months. When we got our finances together and returned to them, we were penalized for our hard times. The dentist helpers became rude when dealing with us. They started giving us a hard time about my child, they had been dealing with for years because of the X-rays. Upon the next visit, they were giving me a hard time again. They told me to come down to the office knowing that I don't x-ray until he turns twelve, which was the next year at this point (after over 5 years of service). When I got there, I was disrespected and talked down to like a child by the dental assistants. I was refused service after they told me to come across town. And when I asked to speak to the Dentist I had been seeing all of these years, he refused to even look me in the eyes and talk to me. He hid while his workers treated me like trivial trash. I thought so highly of this man but this is not how you treat people. It really hurt because I go out of my way to support black business. To be treated like this after years of loyalty. I lost all respect for this man and his practice. I hope I save someone the hurt and disrespect I felt. Peace.

Dr. Terry Victor of DC Dentist and his amazing staff is by far the best dentist experience that I ever had. Traveling from Philadelphia to DC for thier services for the last 1 -1/2 years is onr of the best decisions that I ever made. Well worth the trips ! Friendly, Professional and Very Comfortable Environment. Although I knew , based on the condition of my neeth, that my journey to better and healthier teeth was going to be somewhat a challenge to Dr. Victor, he and his staff met that challenge with in depth knowlegde, amazing skills, and down right wisdom. They are examples of what I call "Dentistry Art". From removing the metal and mercury fillings, straightening my teeth to a new bridge, I not only have a better smile, I smile when I talk about and recommend DC Dentist to friends and family. So if you're in the DC area or only a couple hrs away and need dental work, DC Dentist is the place to go. Both your teeth and smile will thank you for it !
