This Friday, I came into Washington Center for Cosmetic & Family Dentistry after a bike accident where I needed emergency dental care. Everyone at this office made what started as a very hard day into a hopeful afternoon. Starting with my first phone call into the office, Fatimah answered all of my questions about finances, insurance and was able to get me an appointment for that very same afternoon. When I arrived to the office, everyone at reception made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Sylvia, my hygienist, provided phenomenal care and even went above and beyond to bring me an ice pack and bandaids. Last but certainly not least was Dr. Sheth. I truly cannot speak highly enough of the care I received from Dr. Sheth. She was incredibly gentle, informed me each step of the way, and made me feel like I was an active participant in my care. Not only did I receive that level of care in office, but Dr. Sheth then reached out the following day to see how I was recovering. I felt so deeply cared for by everyone in this office, and am don’t have the words to express my gratitude. Thank you, thank you!!

This place is terrible, they overcomplicate every single visit and expect that you have unlimited time to book dentist appointments. They suck money out of you for a very mediocre job. I have been 6 times this year and only 2 of my cavities have been fixed. This place is a joke and the main dentist pollowitz loses his temper very often, so embarrassing. DO NOT COME HERE, unless you want to be scammed

Dr. Sheth is an amazing dentist and a wonderful person. I had a small problem after a procedure. She called me on her cell phone over the weekend and could not have been more professional and attendance. The practice is very concerned about everybody’s comfort and I can’t say enough good things

Dr. Krishma Sheth who treated me did amazing work and explain to me in full details her assistance Jennifer too was a very amazing person. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
