Ms. Jonnie Walls is a great dentist. She’s kind, patient, and really makes you feel comfortable during your visit. She explains things clearly and takes her time, which I appreciated. Ms. Walls consistently followed up by phone and email, often resubmitting information the insurance company had already received or correcting details that were never properly entered into their workflow. She stayed engaged throughout the entire process, ensuring nothing fell through the cracks. Thanks to her diligence and unwavering commitment, the reimbursement was finally processed. I decided that this month being my 20th anniversary of getting dental care from the Washington Dentistry that I should give the gift sharing my feedback on my 20 year experience with Washington Center for Dentistry with anyone looking for a dentist. It is a first class dental practice. the doctors and other personnel deeply care for their patients. I was visiting Washington DC for meetings in October 2005 and needed urgent dental care and decided to try Washington Center for Dentistry. This first visit began a 20 year relationship which started with late Dr Doctors and Dr Fordjour. Dr Fordjour has remained the compassionate and excellent professional I met in 2005. He also has a great team. Rosa, Rachel and Leila are exemplary. Most significant is that I live outside of the USA and continue to have my Washington Center for Dentistry as my primary dental clinic. They have always been flexible and ensure they accommodate me whenever I visit. Their practice continues to innovate, have state of the art equipment, use best practices and have the highest levels of care and hygiene. I recommend them highly

I’m not someone who typically leaves reviews for service providers. I’ve been coming to this practice for the past 15 years and have had the good fortune to work with Dr. Richard P. Fordjour for 5 of these. He represents the best of the best in this industry. He takes the time to explain treatment options and does not use pressure tactics. It’s clear from the first interaction that he put more weight on maintaining long-term relationships than upselling. As an added benefit, his office is always extremely hygienic, prompt, and organized. And the location cannot be beaten.
