I’ve been coming to Arlington Dental Center for years. I’ve never had a problem. From the front desk staff, to the financing staff, to the dental hygienist and dentists. The staff are all amazing! I cannot recall an appt where there wasn’t banter between me and the staff! If you’re not a dentist person, they’ll out you at ease! 10/10 recommend.

I was blown away by how bad my experience was, especially given the number of positive reviews. DO NOT PAY UP FRONT. My experience with Dr. Reza was extremely poor and traumatic. I needed root canals and fillings. Every appointment was at least 30 minutes late, he looked for constant reasons to argue with me, and violated my medical consent several times. At one point I asked him to give me a minute for the numbing gel to kick in before a shot and he literally said no and administered it anyway. I was promised Dr. Reza would do all of the work, and what happened was a young technician did at least half of it. Everyone who I spoke with at the practice, including technicians and front desk staff heavily pushed me to elect to use sedation, which in retrospect was obviously because patients are easier when they don't have agency. Dr. Reza made me, my boyfriend, and my mom very uncomfortable in myriad ways. I cannot recommend this practice less.

I want to express my deepest appreciation for Dr. Rosario Palabrica, who consistently goes above and beyond for her patients. Every time I visit, she makes me feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Even when my insurance wasn’t sure if they would cover the treatment, she never made me feel stressed or uncertain. Instead, she took the time to explain everything clearly and reassured me throughout the whole process. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism always stand out. It’s very rare to find a dental doctor who not only does an amazing job but also truly cares about your comfort and peace of mind. I’m so grateful to have found her. Thank you, Dr. Rosario, for your dedication and for always taking such wonderful care of me!

Dr. Reza is the man! Upfront, direct, and honest, pretty much what you want from a dentist. Had to have a root canal and bridge replaced, and the whole staff were quick to get everything going and create an awesome end product. Max has a great staff in the front office as well - super nice, and helpful.

I had an amazing experience at Complete Dental Care! I accidentally came in on the wrong appointment date, but Dr. Martina went above and beyond; she still took care of me after hours, even though the clinic was already closed. That level of kindness and professionalism is rare these days. If you're nervous about going to the dentist—don’t be afraid. The entire team here is so welcoming, gentle, and understanding. I felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend!
