The people here are very friendly! I hate the dentist in general, but people were very nice and made me feel more comfortable. Steve in particular is great, the cleaning I got from him was one of the least stressful and least uncomfortable I’ve ever had. One appointment I had here was not the best, but after getting a new hygienist (I believe that is what she was?) the experience I had was great! I would definitely recommend coming here 😊

I came to Arlington Dental Center with an emergency case as a friend highly recommended. From the receptionist, to the manager and Dr. Wotfe, i received great attention. They received me quickly without an appointment and gave me the assessment I was looking for. While I havent been treated yet, I value the quick and detailed assessment I received and would come again.

The doctors, dental hygienists and assistants there have always been kind and courteous. I’ve been a client/patient there for many years and although the staff has changed overtime their kindness hasn’t. I’ve moved away a bit but still make the 30 minute drive every six months. I’m only knocking off a point because of the person who was a visiting doctor to pull my last two wisdom teeth was rough and a little apathetic.

Save yourself thousands of dollars and avoid endless frustration by going ANYWHERE else in Ballston for dental care. While the hygienists and surgeons were fine, the front office and billing staff have been a nightmare to deal with. I got a dental implant here that failed, and instead of taking accountability, they blamed an “underlying health issue” despite the fact that I’ve had two other successful implants for over a decade. I was charged unexpectedly for a new retainer, denied access to the billing department when I had questions, and offered no refund or payment pause, even temporarily, as I wait for a replacement. My PCP was shocked at how unreasonably they handled everything, especially that I had to waste my time making an appointment with her to re-run my labs. She agreed they were punting the issue elsewhere. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been truly unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

I started coming to Arlington Dental Center about 10 years ago, and they did a wonderful job of addressing a number of issues at the start and getting me on track. I’ve been happy with the service each time, and it’s been the first place that could really get me back on top of things for dental hygiene. I appreciated the clarity of their treatment plans and their ability to adapt schedule and amount of work to match my needs.
