Mimi was wonderful today! I love her level of compassion and kindness. Right away she put Vaseline on my lips. I appreciated the comfort care. She is very knowledgeable and speaks with clarity. It is very important for dental patients to be able to understand what is going on with their dental health. She also gave the oral cancer screening and explained what she was doing at every step. I was shocked because I honestly don’t believe that has been explicitly pointed out to me before! I am a huge proponent of accessibility of health information and oral health literacy! I wish we had more health practitioners like Mimi! Her commitment to patient-centeredness is invaluable. Arlington Dental Center hit the jackpot with Mimi! I enjoyed the fun conversation, too 😊 A++ for Mimi and the staff at Arlington Dental Center. Now if I could only wear my bite guard more, ha! Old dog, new tricks! I had a really good experience at Arlington Dental Center. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The dental assistant was incredibly patient and kind. I was honestly very scared about getting a root canal, but they kept reassuring me and helping me calm down throughout the process. They checked in on me often and made sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. There was also a supervisor (or manager) who took the time to clearly explain why I needed a root canal instead of just a filling. They were very patient and made sure I understood what was going on, which helped me feel much more confident about the treatment. Overall, the whole team made what I expected to be a stressful experience much more manageable. I really appreciate their care and professionalism.

I’ve been coming to Arlington Dental Center for years. I’ve never had a problem. From the front desk staff, to the financing staff, to the dental hygienist and dentists. The staff are all amazing! I cannot recall an appt where there wasn’t banter between me and the staff! If you’re not a dentist person, they’ll out you at ease! 10/10 recommend.
