Due to my dental anxiety & previous unpleasant experience, I neglected going to the dentist for years. When I saw Dental32 on my FB feed one day; I knew in my heart instantly that this is the place to go to. Everyone (I mean, everyone) is super friendly, kind, caring & pleasant. Doctor Ninh is extremely professional, knowledgeable & caring. They call to check on me after every procedures to make sure I’m doing well. I had a great experience at Dental 32 Fresh Smiles with Dr. Vogtle Ninh and his team. They did a crown for me and also gave me one of the best cleanings I’ve had — honestly the best since I was living in California. Dr. Ninh is truly kind, human, and caring. He really listens when you have a concern, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you feel comfortable. I never felt rushed or pressured to do anything or pay for unnecessary treatments. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients, not just about collecting a bill. The staff is also very kind and professional. I’m very happy I found this office and I highly recommend Dr. Vogtle Ninh and Dental 32 Fresh Smiles.

Dr. Vogtle was excellent! I am really impressed with my results. He takes the time to explain everything, step by step. He really cares about his patients. I felt very comfortable and cared for. The office staff makes you feel at home as well. Everyone is very open, caring and friendly. Great atmosphere! You can't go wrong with Dr. Vogtle and his staff. They treat you like family.

This was my first time going to Dental 33 smiles. I had a severe infection. Haley was so kind and made appointment on the same day I called.. I am always extremely nervous going to the dentist. I was so impressed with the entire staff. Dr Ninh was amazing. He made sure that I was not in any pain. It was the best dental office I have ever experienced. I need major dental work and I will be going back to have my work done.

I really liked this dentist when I first came. My last appointment wasn't great though. The girl cleaning teeth started shaking my head while cleaning my teeth and asking if I feel my tooth wiggling because that means there is a cavity. I said I feel my whole head moving and she stated no that's your tooth. She wanted to schedule me for a filling but I declined because it seemed strange. I did not see the dentist that day. I went and got a second opinion when the insurance reset and I have no cavities..... I'll probably get a third opinion but I felt like I was being scammed . Edit to response : I don't remember her name but my appointment was dec 13.
