Feather Touch Dental Care

My daughter is a patient at Feather Touch Dental Care and she has been telling me for years how wonderful they are. So I flew from Texas to Atlanta to have some dental work done and it was the most AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The office staff is so awesome and friendly!! Dr. Shah and his assistant Pooja were so patient, professional and they have great bedside manner. Dr Shah is a perfectionist and he did a fantastic job on my dental work. I have never been so pleased with my smile.

The service here is amazing. Aubrie, Dr. Kim, and the awesome girl who did my X-rays (I’m so sorry I forgot your name!) really know how to make you feel comfortable and acknowledged. Dr. Kim answered all my questions and was very easy to talk to. He explained everything to me and went the extra mile by showing me my scans and telling me what they meant. In a day where it’s hard to speak to a real person on the phone, it was so lovely talking with Aubrie. She was kind, patient, and very helpful. Overall I left feeling welcomed. I would definitely recommend. You are a person to them not just a number.

If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further…. run to Feather Touch Dental Care and book an appointment with Dr. Kim ASAP! I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Kim. He is clearly a true expert in his field, and the quality of his work is outstanding. What really sets him apart, though, is his genuine warmth and care. He takes the time to truly listen to his patients, and his bedside manner is the best I’ve ever experienced. He has completely transformed my view of dentistry, making every visit actually enjoyable (something I never thought I’d say about a trip to the dentist)! The entire team at Feather Touch Dental Care is just as wonderful as Dr. Kim. They are professional, kind, and incredibly talented, making the whole process seamless. I’m so grateful to have found this practice, and I can't recommend Dr. Kim enough for his outstanding, personalized care!

Update: I wanted to update my original review. After I posted it, Aubrie from the dental office reached out to me directly to discuss my concerns. They took the time to explain what had happened with the billing and payment process, answered my questions, and addressed the misunderstandings and miscommunications by the front desk in a professional and respectful manner. My experience with the dentist and hygienist has always been very positive—they have been kind, skilled, and attentive throughout my visits. My original concerns were specifically about the administrative side of the office. I appreciate that the practice took my feedback seriously and made an effort to communicate with me and resolve the situation. I’m updating my review to reflect both my initial experience and the way the office handled my concerns afterward. Thank you for taking the time to listen and work toward a resolution. —————————————————————————— The dentist was great, and the hygienist was also excellent. Unfortunately, the billing department is a total mess. They overcharge you and bill you without providing any explanation or prior notice. Every time I’ve tried to resolve the issue, I’ve been met with a bad attitude instead of helpful customer service. They will fail contacting your insurance company and then claim you have to pay for what your insurance is not paying and the best they could offer is a three month payment plan. Then they would charge you every time you visited without following the payment plan schedule and claimed that be easier for me instead of for them. The quality of the dental care is excellent, but dealing with the billing department has been extremely frustrating.

Switching dentists can always be a little nerve wracking, but the entire staff has made it very seamless and an easy transition. The administrative staff, hygienist, and doctor were all great and welcoming. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dental care in Atlanta.
