Updated Review My first visit was over three months ago, and I’m still waiting to be scheduled for a cleaning despite being told it would happen "as soon as possible." On top of that, I’ve been receiving bills even though I paid in full during my visit. The billing process is incredibly confusing and frustrating. When I initially booked, I specifically asked about what services were covered by my insurance. However, during the appointment, they performed a service that my insurance doesn’t cover. While I understand this office has great reviews (which is why I chose them), I didn’t expect to deal with so much miscommunication and paperwork. Previously The dental office is very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, there are a few drawbacks. For new patients, the initial visit doesn't include a cleaning—you’ll need to schedule a second appointment for that. Unfortunately, scheduling is quite difficult; I still haven’t been able to book my follow-up. Additionally, the wait times were quite long. I waited for the hygienist to take X-rays, then for the dentist to arrive, and finally for the coordinator to help schedule my next visit. My entire appointment ended up taking almost two hours.

Quayanna did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I have a phobia of the dentist. She made me comfortable the whole time. I’ve never had anyone clean my teeth so thoroughly and gently. My teeth feel like they just left the day spa.

I had such a great experience at this dental office! The customer service was exceptional from the moment I walked in. You can genuinely tell that everyone there loves what they do—the entire team was warm, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything I needed done, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. It made me feel confident and well cared for. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated dental team!

Always professional, always right on time for starting appointments and they utilize their time well, and they have REALLY helped me to improve my teeth by leaps and bounds over the years. The staff is always so sweet. They always make me happy to come to the dentist!

I have been a patient at Henderson Mill Dental Care for 25 years. I have always received great care, and the staff is always warm, caring, efficient. I see Dr. Uetsuki, and he is wonderful, but it doesn't matter who you see. The docs are great!!
