Updated Review My first visit was over three months ago, and I’m still waiting to be scheduled for a cleaning despite being told it would happen "as soon as possible." On top of that, I’ve been receiving bills even though I paid in full during my visit. The billing process is incredibly confusing and frustrating. When I initially booked, I specifically asked about what services were covered by my insurance. However, during the appointment, they performed a service that my insurance doesn’t cover. While I understand this office has great reviews (which is why I chose them), I didn’t expect to deal with so much miscommunication and paperwork. Previously The dental office is very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, there are a few drawbacks. For new patients, the initial visit doesn't include a cleaning—you’ll need to schedule a second appointment for that. Unfortunately, scheduling is quite difficult; I still haven’t been able to book my follow-up. Additionally, the wait times were quite long. I waited for the hygienist to take X-rays, then for the dentist to arrive, and finally for the coordinator to help schedule my next visit. My entire appointment ended up taking almost two hours.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how amazing this dental office is! The staff here are so kind, professional, and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable. Even when I arrived late (due to traffic), they still took such great care of me without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find a team that’s this compassionate and dedicated, and I’m so grateful for the outstanding service. Keep up the fantastic work

The staff is incredibly professional, warm, and attentive. The dentists and hygienists are knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. They take the time to explain every step of the process and make sure questions are answered. The office itself is spotless. They run on time respecting your schedule. I highly recommend this dental office.

I had such a great experience at Henderson Mill Dental Care! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and professional, and the office is absolutely beautiful and spotless. Dr. Uetsuki was amazing—he has such a great bedside manner, was quick but thorough, but never made me feel rushed. He took his time, answered all my questions, and even left space for me to ask anything else. He made everything feel easy and comfortable. If you’re looking for a great dental office, this is the one. Highly recommend!

Wow they are amazing from the receptionist and specially, I want to mention Ashley I think her last name is Fisher my hygienist she is amazing. She is very professional very polite. She knows how to comfort a patient. I used to be very nervous to come to a dentist office but Ashley made me very comfortable I didn’t feel anything she is the best and my Doctor .
