2 weeks agoI made an appointment to clean my teeth, because I was going to Florida for a very important meeting. Two days before the meeting, I went to CANTON CROSSING DENTAL. Having been assured that the dental cleaning was going to be done, I was (mistakenly) tranquil. I even brought with me the X-rays to facilitate the speed process. Oh, boy! How wrong I was!!! Dr. Raksha seems to be a very competent dentist; however, she was more interested in affirming that I ought to call her by “doctor” than to clean my teeth. She examined my X-rays without doing ANYTHING on my teeth. I was charged more than a hundred dollars!!! I forgot how much: $145 or $155? — something like that. I don’t remember. But the bottom line is that NOTHING was done.

2 months agoEntire staff were friendly and efficient. The office runs like clockwork! I didn’t have to wait and I was out the door in 45 min. Dr. Barnes was wonderful. Luckily, I had a good check up! I would highly recommend this practice!

a month agoGreat service. Upfront, honest pricing. Appointment was right in time, no wait. TVs above each chair so you don't have to stare at the ceiling while you get your cleaning.

2 weeks agoI have no idea what just happened. I was in and out in 40 minutes. 18 x-rays, a cleaning that broke off some tarter, leaving rough edges I can now feel, and a fluoride treatment that like maybe got my front 8 teeth. It was a quick paint with the brush. For a $25 fluoride treatment I was hoping for them to at least bag it up so I could put it on my molars at home. The worst part is, after the quick splash of fluoride on the front of my teeth, I was told to swallow. My 4 kids and husband said they were told to swallow the fluoride as well. Also, the water for the cleaning is really cold. Hopefully I can update this in the future and add some stars, but for a first time visit I have to stick with 3 stars. The stars come from the attitudes of the employees. and a star for the TV on the ceiling.

5 months agoI had a great experience at Canton Crossing Dental - Baltimore. The staff was super friendly, and the service was excellent. They got me in and out quickly, which I really appreciated. Everything was smooth and professional from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone I know!
