I went to Dental Designs in White Marsh, and I never thought I'd say this about going to the dentist, but my experience was nothing short of excellent from start to finish. From the receptionists Aubrey and Renea, to the dental techs and dentist Liz and Dr. Fridberg, they took such care of me, giving me one one one attention to address my dental needs immediately. Liz gave me tour of their state of the art facility, which had a beautiful touch of holiday decor from the moment I walked in. Everyone was kind and friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Fridberg was the best dentist I've ever experienced!!! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, ensuring that I didn't experience any pain or discomfort and I didn't!! Best dental place ever!! I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you!

This is my 2nd outta several visits and I can say how pleased I am this far with my whole experience!! From the coziness of this office to the welcoming staff..I can tell the dentist truly cares about his patients is so informing and answers all questions, takes his time and doesnt rush things! Even the reminder calls the staff is so pleasant ! I wish I found this office long ago but am thankful at least I have now!! A big thank u to everyone there for making my experiences so nice !!

The people here are fantastic. A warm greeting at the front desk starts your journey. Every Employee is very professional and knowledgeable. The Dentists and Surgeons are committed to making you comfortable. Their work and knowledge is beyond comparison. Thank You to the whole team for your excellent work and care. I will never go to any other Dentist for care. I made a great choice coming here. Highly recommended. Again, Thank You all.

After spending thousands, even with insurance coverage, I'm disappointed to conclude that the skill level at this clinic is below average. One of my fillings and root canal fell painfully and damaged I was charged extra to fix their poor service to admit mistakes on there end . Additionally, their practice of combining multiple dental procedures into one appointment seemed more beneficial for them than for me, especially considering insurance limitations per visit. Overall, I won't be returning to this clinic.

I found Dental Designs of Maryland (White Marsh Location) on Google and I am kicking myself that I haven't been here sooner! For context, I had a pretty gnarly dental experience that kept me away for two years (for shame, I know. Don't judge me), so I had a lot of trepidation going back after so long and after such a terrible experience. From the moment I walked through the door and was greeted by the biggest, brightest smiles, I knew I was in the right place. This office exudes warmth, inclusivity, and care. I was immediately taken into the back (I pre-filled my forms, so no wait time at all), given a tour of the office, and was informed every single step of the way to help me set expectations. Not only was Dr. Santos extremely knowledgable but her and her team were also kind and informative - I knew what was going to happen, what was happening, and what next steps would be each step of the way. I've already convinced my husband to make an appointment too! I have a long journey ahead (wisdom teeth removal, braces, and cleanings) and I couldn't feel more at home with this practice. I trust them completely to take great care of me on this journey to reinvent my smile! I'd give them 100 stars if I could!
