Prudential Dental Associates

I couldn’t recommend the team at Prudential Dental enough for Invisalign. I previously had braces in middle school. Over the last couple of years, I was experiencing issues with receding gum lines and teeth chipping, which prompted a discussion with Prudential about Invisalign. Though my teeth appeared straight, it turns out that my bite had shifted pretty significantly since my braces came off, despite consistently wearing my wire retainers for over 10 years. From the beginning, Prudential was very transparent with me about everything that I was to expect pertaining to the treatment and costs. Throughout the course of the treatment, Prudential consistently provided excellent service and attention to me and my teeth. In addition to regularly scheduled appointments, Prudential was able to accommodate in-between visits as needed, sometimes with only a day or two of notice. In a couple of instances, my observations resulted in tweaks to the course of the treatment. This is why I would recommend Prudential for anyone in the area considering going through Invisalign. Not only did I feel comfortable sharing my concerns with them, but they were always able to take additional time to see me and examine my teeth to determine if changes or additions to the treatment were necessary. My questions were consistently validated, met with patience, and led to thoughtful next steps. I have to give a shoutout here to Dr. Gheddaf Dam and Marce, who saw me for almost all of my appointments — if not for their expertise, I truly don’t think the end result would have been the same! Given the length and cost of Invisalign, this level of care cannot be taken for granted.

Dr. Gheddaf Dam is THE BEST. She is truly everything you could hope for in a dentist and healthcare professional. She is incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and a true perfectionist in the best possible way. Her work is meticulous, and she takes the time to ensure everything is done exactly right. Beyond her clinical expertise, her bedside manner is exceptional. She is kind, compassionate, empathetic, and always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. What sets her apart is the level of thoughtfulness she brings to every appointment. She listens, explains everything clearly, and treats her patients with genuine respect and kindness. It’s rare to find someone who combines such outstanding technical skill with such warmth and professionalism. I travel a significant distance to continue seeing her because I just adore her!! Dr. Gheddaf Dam is outstanding. She is extremely skilled, and it shows in the confidence and efficiency with which she does the procedures. Dr. Gheddaf Dam has a kind, warm demeanor, taking the time to explain everything that is being done and answer your questions without ever making you feel rushed. The entire team at Prudential Dental Associates is exceptional! A special shout out to Bushra on the front desk team, who always greets me by name with a warm smile the minute I walk off the elevator into the office, and to Claudia, who assisted Dr. Gheddaf Dam throughout my implant process with a noteworthy expertise. I absolutely love Prudential Dental! I was referred by a friend over 10 years ago, and from my very first visit, I fell in love with the office and its welcoming atmosphere. Every member of the staff is professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They have a wonderful way of making you feel comfortable and at home. I moved away from the area for a few years, but when I moved back, one of the first things I did was call Prudential Dental to schedule a cleaning. It truly feels like coming back to a place where you know you’re in good hands. I highly recommend them!
