They are clean and polite, but they have no idea how to do their job. They don’t know how to fix a tooth, so they say it has to be extracted and that crowns need to be placed, where they charge thousands and thousands of dollars. I went to another place, had my tooth fixed, and everything is perfectly fine. As for Affinity — never again. What a disgrace!

I visited Dr. Ho to correct a problem with my dental implant. The experience was exceptional. The office staff and atmosphere were all welcoming, warm and professional. I was promptly attended to with a smile upon entering. I have a natural anxiety of the dentists' office, but Dr. Ho and his staff calmed that anxiety. He had personally spoken to my dentist prior to my arrival which was immediately reassuring. He walked me through the procedure in detail which helped to calm my anxiety. The procedure took all of 20-30 minutes with absolutely no discomfort, even though there was drilling involved - a process that I typically would not be able to tolerate in the past without some anesthetic. I was quite satisfied with the outcome of the procedure and the visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Ho and the Affinity Dental clinic without reservation

The office feels very much like they are prioritizing profits over patient care or customer service. I specifically asked to not have periapical X-rays performed because my insurance does not cover these X-rays and that my previous dentists did not require them. I was reassured by both the receptionist and the hygienist that it’s okay and that they would waive the charge. After my check-up, they charged me anyway for these xrays and refused to take off the charge. Won’t be going back.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Besse. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time and was apprehensive but they did an incredibly thorough examination, including notes that I should look in to sleep apnea. They work with sleep specialist at the facility! The whole staff was lovely, I am so excited to have found this dentist office in North Center

Affinity has been my dental practice of choice for the last five years. In-house, they are very technologically and skillfully advanced way ahead of other dentist. This is also a very personable and friendly practice and they make you feel uncomfortable. All things considered. It’s still a dentist appointment.
