I always have such a pleasant experience at Dr. Will’s office! Valerie always cleans my teeth and we have the best conversations. She makes me feel so comfortable and I feel like we could talk for hours! I look forward to see her and Dr Will every six months!

Marla always does a great job with my cleaning! Dr. Will also is great. He is realistic with what needs done. I don’t have to worry about crazy recommendations that cost a fortune.

I broke a tooth on Friday and waited all weekend to call on Monday for an emergency appointment. I was informed that the earliest they could get me in was over a week out, for an emergency. I have been a patient for over 15 years, I expected a bit more. I made one phone call and was able to schedule an appointment with a very well regarded dentist for the same day. Apparently this practice does not consider your pain an emergency and has no regard for existing patients. Good luck getting an appointment.

This dentist is and all of his staff are fantastic! I looked through reviews of a lot of dentists that take my insurance, and was really impressed that people travel hours to see him, and he’s super close to me, and the reviews were not wrong! I appreciated how quickly they were able to get me in for dental work after signing up as a new patient, which was easy to do online! And the works that’s been done so far has been great! Highly recommended, my experiences lived up to the reviews I read!

Reviews sounded promising, however my experience basically sucked. Dental assistant took me back to an alcove and chair and then I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time and never saw Dr. Will or anyone else. After 45 minutes I left. They charge $50 for a missed appointment or canceled at last minute - I wonder if they will send me $50????!!!! Just saying, no apology for my waiting or explanation or anything at all, really. So ZERO IS MY REAL RATING.
