My family and I have been seeing Dr Bauer for many years. He and his colleagues are wonderful: friendly and highly skilled experts. They've been there with us for twice yearly checkups and dental emergencies. They're the greatest.

Getting a wisdom tooth extracted isn't a pleasant experience but these folks almost made it so. I was greeted on time, and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. The dentist was very professional and my discomfort was almost non-existent. The attendant was wonderful and very informative. I left with plenty of knowledge for my follow-up self care. These are the folks to see if you need dental work.

During my recent dental urgency, and in a holiday week, Heidi worked me into Dr. Paulson’s schedule with ease & complete efficiency. They are so accommodating and always happy to help. I appreciate them & highly recommend both Dr’s.

Dr. Matthew A. Paulson is very professional and very personable. His skill level is one of perfection. He makes sure his patients are comfortable and satisfied. His work is excellent! I've never had an occasion where I felt or had a thought he did not do his best work. He explains what he is doing. He explains the whys and will answer questions until you understand. When he installed an implant, I had no pain. When he put fillings in, I had no pain. He always asks if it hurts. If it does he works his magic to make sure you are not in pain. Dr. Paulson transitioned from the practice he worked at for many years to the current location. I was unsuccessful in locating where he had moved. The dental board had no updated information. Therefore, I went to the old location to get my cleaning. The atmosphere was not welcoming. No one said hello. There was no soft music playing. You could tell he had been the core of this dental business. It was like the good spirit had left. The hygienist at the former location told me she thought I was going to be late........ because I was on time? It made no sense. No hygienist should say such a thing to a dental patient. I was offended. The dentist did not introduce herself and thought she had serviced me before. No. She also did not provide a satisfactory resolution to the pain in my tooth. That's when I knew I had to try again to find Dr. Paulson. I searched the internet, Facebook, and Instagram. I found him! I made an appointment and he fixed my problem! Of course I laid into him for leaving me! LOL!! The staff at this dental office are so friendly! They laugh. They can relate to my unique personality. It's like being with family, and I've met this staff only twice as of today! Dr. Paulson is the best dentist I've ever had. I'm not a spring chicken so I have experienced many dentist 🦷. Dr. Matthew A. Paulson has topped them all!!! What a blessing!!

Always incredible experience and I value how each visit is always time well spent with specific attention too what is at need and thorough evaluations , cleanings and solutions .
