These folks are great. I was on vacation far from home and a crown popped off. It's important to get these things back on quickly especially if your teeth move quickly as mine apparently do. They made me an appointment for the next day and even offered to call me the current day if a cancellation occurred but I opted for the next morning since I was still in the mountains. I filled out all the required paperwork online. You can't get out of this anywhere. They even filed my insurance and treated me like a valued customer even though they knew I was just passing through. BTW this practice was recommended to me by my nephew who is a regular customer here and likes them a lot. I can see why.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Maria was thorough in taking X-rays and scanning my teeth for the first-time visit. Angela's cleaning was excellent. Dr Aous took his time in evaluating every tooth and letting me know about possible issues in the future. I was happy to hear that everything looked good. Thank you for your great service!
I am beyond grateful for everyone at Mountain View. The entire experience has been great and really refreshing after years of going to the wrong dentists. My outlook on dentistry as a patient has completely changed for the best.
I can’t say enough great things about this dental office. Both the dentists and their entire staff are consistently friendly, professional, and respectful—they truly care about you as a patient. They always take the time to listen to my concerns and address them thoughtfully. I never feel rushed, and they make sure I fully understand everything. What really stands out is how much effort they put into getting to know you personally and creating treatment plans and options that genuinely fit your needs.
