Dr Hu,i his assistant Jennifer were amazing ! Even the guy at the end was super helpful. From Check in to check out,the whole process was smooth . The staff was friendly and caring . For being a walk in patient , they took pride and were able to help me with my dental emergency. They gave payment plans for self pay people. they are AMAZING
Dr Lee and the staff at Caribbean Dental are very good at what they do. I would recommend them to everyone i know. I went to get a crown replaced i was so happy when i got my new crown. It didn't take 3 hrs like it did at the other dentist i had. I just want to say Thank You to Dr Lee and wonderful staff. I am always nervous when I go the the dentist but they made me feel very calm. My experience was a good one. If you are looking for a good dentist I would definitely recommend them.
I have tried several different Dentistries. This one has been the one I have decided to stay at due to the knowledgeable Dentists. 🫶🏼
Always welcoming service. Prices are not too high. Staff is always so kind and professional. The dentists and assistants are very intelligent🫶🏼 They call to check up on you after you get work done 💗

Awful they are about someone's mental health is suffering with phobia of gping outside ot takes alot i have mentioned it to them if they can please help cause it takes time for me to get somewhere I missed and they do not care they said they missed out on money ao therefore it aint about the patient its all money to them and yes I reported them to the medical board yall will not treat patients like this that have mental health problems the medical board the manger and guy at the front desk knew from the beginning that I had phobia of going outside to please work with me them I make it to the appointment they take me to the back and say the dentist didn't feel comfortable told me my appointment was at 12 when she said 12 30 and I made it they argued on the phone yall need to remember people have mental health problems why would u do xrays etc then I get there and now your not comfortable why make a other appointment I will make sure u never treat another person this way. I been in pain and I hope they humble your whole department
All of the staff is very customer service plus oriented. They are all very humble and considerate all all procedures done. I get a call the day after a procedure to ensure everything is going well. I would highly recommend this dental facility to everyone!
