Had my cleaning today with Gracie...wonderful experience, she really took her time and was gentle with my teeth cleaning. All staff there are wonderful and always very accommodating. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!

Called and scheduled three new patient appointments with Isabelle. She said they could do our new patient exams and cleanings at the same time. She scheduled us for 2 p.m. I decided to reschedule 1 out of the 3, seemed kind of late to get all three of us done. Took over 2 hours to do Xrays and see the Dentist. 1st person needs a deep clean so she has to come back for a cleaning. My grandson was told after the Dentist saw him it would be 1.5 hours before the hygienist would get to him. 5 hours for two patients is unacceptable. Isabelle advised me that it was a new patient thing. This is an over scheduling situation and when i asked her about it, she made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We are military and have to switch clinics every few years and it has never taken 5 hours for a new patient screening. I do not recommend this clinic.
