a month agoI went to East El Paso Dental after having an excruciating toothache and a bad experience from another dental office the day prior. I went to El Paso Dental the ver next day and he receptionist at East El Paso Dental was so compassionate and understanding. She greeted me immediately, asked how she can help, and performed my intake asap. Next I was greeted by the X-Ray technician. She noticed I was having a difficult time and said "It's ok Mrs. Barnes. I'm right here with you". She too was super compassionate and understanding. After the X-Ray technician, I was greeted by the dentist, Jonathan Aldas who was extremely nice, explained everything and ensured I was taking care of. Lastly, the financial representative came to discuss my payment options. She was patient, provided me numerous options, and answered all of my questions. She confirmed I understood all available options. All of the staff made me feel comfortable and were extremely compassionate. They exceeded my expectations and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend East El Paso Dental as they provided an amazing experience!

3 months agoAmazing experience highly recommend! The staff are so friendly and nice! Had the pleasure of meeting miss Crystal whom made me feel comfortable during my visit! Looking forward to coming back! Thank you! Adding another review for Krystal whom completed my cleaning. She was absolutely wonderful, nice and also mad me comfortable and gave me great tips to keep my teeth healthy! I can’t recommend this office enough everyone is incredibly kind!

a month agoFrom the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. Crystal took my X-rays and made me feel super comfortable she was kind, patient, and explained everything as she went. The rest of the team was just as great, and the office is clean and efficient. Highly recommend!

3 weeks agoIt was my first time here and everyone was very nice and patient. The nurse who was taking my X-rays was the best, she was super sweet and made me feel very comfortable. The doctors seem like they know what they’re doing! I’ll be coming here again.

a week agoThey go over the top to make sure your teeth is in perfect health and to make sure you fully are aware of all your options when needing extra work on your teeth. I truly felt heard and understood. I HIGHLY recommend East El Paso Dentist.
