4 weeks agoDr Ro and his staff are one of the best if not the best dentists I have ever been to. The customer service is on point and extremely professional. If you have an emergency they get you in very quickly. He is very good so it's best to get in with regular dental cleanings. He is very professional as well and has a very soothing voice and gets you in and out. He is expedient and very experienced, not rough at all. Never crowded, very personal and his office is very easy and convenient to get to and has plenty of parking. Thank you Dr Ro and staff you all are awesome. :) 😁 oh... and they play music while you get your teeth done (Pandora I think)

3 months agoThe office and dental staff were all incredibly professional and friendly. I appreciated that Dr. Ro took time to really look and listen, and it didn’t feel like he was rushing off to other patients. He repaired some work done by another dentist, and I had immediate relief. I also appreciate his conservative approach. He really cares about what’s best for the patient, and not what’s going to make him more money.

a month agoI always have a great experience at this office! The dentist is incredibly thorough and takes the time to explain everything, which I really appreciate. The entire staff is consistently kind, gentle, and caring, making every visit comfortable. I highly recommend this practice!

3 months agoI usually have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist, but Dr. Ro and his team made me feel completely safe and comfortable. They were kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. I didn’t experience any anxiety during my visit, which is a first! Dr. Ro has such a gentle hand and great technique. Highly recommend!

3 months agoDr. Paul Ro and his staff are top notch. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted by Lucy, she was very warm and friendly. The Assistant was very thorough and explained each step, she was attentive, and made sure that I was comfortable as Dr. Ro took care of my dental needs. Dr. Ro is an excellent Dr. and very thorough. I must say, I was a little nervous, but from start to finish, Dr. Ro and his staff put me at ease. I would 110% recommend Dr. Ro, DDS
