I love Dr Liu and his team. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, and they explain everything they need to do. I love the new office, too! Very calming colors and each area is very relaxing.

Walking into the new spaces of Gentle Dental... is like walking into the sunshine on a cloudy day. it’s bright... and cheery... just like Dayanna and Ellen, who greeted me with a cheery, “Hello, good to see you !” Creating his own workplace, after working in someone else’s complex... Dr. Liu had the opportunity to design his own space that is more efficient... more effective... for the patient’s needs... as well as his own work. One room even has enough space for a wheelchair ! The colors and patterns on the walls, planned by a decorator... are relaxing. The large scale screen has landscape videos the patient can watch... which are tranquil as well as useful to explain teeth conditions... all to the patients’ advantage and understanding. The circular pattern in his office is easily navigated for different functional uses. With everything so thoughtfully well-organized... I was very much impressed ! How often can a person say they look forward to returning to a dentist ! ? They all have become friends... I am confident in their support and care ! Thank you ALL... Jeff R.

Everyone at this office is very friendly. I was greeted by name, and my hygienist, Cynthia, was very efficient with my x-rays and cleaning. There was personal interaction with Dr. Liu, and my next appointment was scheduled as I left for a time convenient for me.

Great experience with Dr. Liu at Gentle Dental Care in Fairfax, VA. The team is in a beautiful new office in downtown Fairfax. Dr. Liu is wonderful. He is personable, kind and listens to your concerns, and is very gentle in his care. The rest of the team couldn't be more courteous and kind as they always have been. And this review is from someone who has severe dentist phobia! Highly recommend this group of dental professionals.

Cannot find a better dentist than Dr. Charleton Ho —that would be impossible. He’s tremendous with regular dentistry as well as cosmetics. Incredibly honest, forthcoming, does not try to upsell u, will let u know the whole u universe of options. Cindy the dental hygienist she is fantastic. She will provide you with tons of information about what you’re doing right what you’re doing wrong she can give you all sorts of information about Teeth bleaching and whitening as well as Dr. Ho.
