3 months agoI believe these positive1000 Google reviews are actually about the previous Dentist who owned the practice for over 20 years. My family went to this Dental practice for 20 years before they were taken over by a big corporation. Since then, the staff has completely turned over several times. They can not even keep a Dentist there for long. One time I went in and they had a Dentist from a temporary agency who was only there for 1 week. No continuity of care at all! The last time I went in, Asia, the girl at the desk informed me she cancelled my appointment that afternoon because I did not respond to her confirmation text an hour before my appointment. I showed her my phone and proved I never got any text from her. She was extremely argumentative, insisting I was lying and put her hand in my face to try to shut me up. When I asked to speak to a manager, she insisted she was the manager. When I asked how I could write a complaint about her disgraceful behavior to her corporate office, she insisted there wasn't one. I found the contact info on my own and called them. It was a recording and they never bothered to call me back. They have let the building totally run down and did not even have Nitrous Oxide for the last year that I went there.

3 months agoEvery time I go to this place there is a new dentist. At this visit I received a great cleaning from the Dental Hygienist! I have seen her before and she is excellent! The Dentist who checked my teeth was new. He told me I needed Xrays and three crowns. I was so distracted by his hand tremor that there was no way I was going to let him do any crowns. I reported this to the manager. I am concerned that in one calendar year, I have seen 4 different dentists and they all have different focus or recommendations.

4 months agoI truly appreciate the staff here. I had some issues that arose with my teeth after the previous dentist left. They have been very kind and professional helping resolve my problems. A sincere thank you to Kelly and the rest of the staff. 😊

8 months agoAMAZING! I went in with severe mouth pain and came out feeling like a new person by accident, maybe lol. I’ll explain: I went in for an emergency appointment because I couldn’t bite down or eat due to an extremity sore tooth. They ran several tests to see what was going on. During the process, Dr. Z came in and poked around to see what was going on. Apparently, she popped something on my gums and said I needed a deep cleaning and maybe a route canal. Instantly, I felt sooooo much relief. I scheduled my deep cleaning, was given a pain management plan, and went home. Within 2 hours, I had NO issues and feel normal. I’m still going for my deep cleaning in a few weeks, but Dr. Z and the staff really are life savers.

11 months agoThis place is an absolute disgrace. The staff are rude, disorganized, and completely unprofessional—especially the lazy, condescending hygienist who clearly has no interest in doing her job. Her attitude toward immigrant patients is disgusting and unacceptable. Just a reminder: we’re paying customers—you’re not doing us a favor. They rescheduled my appointment without notice, then wasted my time with X-rays and told me to come back again for a cleaning. When I did, they still didn’t do it and wanted me to come back yet again. Do you think people have unlimited time to waste at your incompetent clinic? This clinic is a complete mess. I went in for a specific service, and after that was told I needed a cleaning. Fine—I scheduled the cleaning and returned as instructed. But instead of doing the cleaning, they took X-rays and then told me to come back again for the actual cleaning. Are you serious? Why schedule a cleaning appointment just to waste my time with unnecessary procedures and push the actual service to another day? It’s ridiculous and shows a complete lack of respect for patients’ time. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that treats patients with basic respect and knows how to run a proper medical office.
