This place is an absolute disgrace. The staff are rude, disorganized, and completely unprofessional—especially the lazy, condescending hygienist who clearly has no interest in doing her job. Her attitude toward immigrant patients is disgusting and unacceptable. Just a reminder: we’re paying customers—you’re not doing us a favor. They rescheduled my appointment without notice, then wasted my time with X-rays and told me to come back again for a cleaning. When I did, they still didn’t do it and wanted me to come back yet again. Do you think people have unlimited time to waste at your incompetent clinic? This clinic is a complete mess. I went in for a specific service, and after that was told I needed a cleaning. Fine—I scheduled the cleaning and returned as instructed. But instead of doing the cleaning, they took X-rays and then told me to come back again for the actual cleaning. Are you serious? Why schedule a cleaning appointment just to waste my time with unnecessary procedures and push the actual service to another day? It’s ridiculous and shows a complete lack of respect for patients’ time. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that treats patients with basic respect and knows how to run a proper medical office.

Dr ZAHAWI and his staff are excellent. That’s my 4th visit already and my expectations have been exceeded on each visit. I sincerely appreciate the Doctor and his staff. Thanks so much. Jackie

Honestly worst place ever!!! APRIL is so unprofessional her way of speaking is horrible so rude and Dr. Z stays on his phone in his office!! I think April needs to get fired she don’t no any information on insurances!!

Ever since Dr. McConnell has left, this dental office has gone downhill. I was told my procedure would be covered under both my primary and secondary insurance. Little did I know, the new dentist is not considered in network with my insurance. Therefore, they are now coming after me for additional costs. I have emailed them, I have called the office, and my emails have gone with no response. They have now sent my bill to collections. DO NOT COME HERE. The new dentist is SHADY. Update: They still won't respond to emails or phone calls. Horrible customer service!

I took my mom to see Dr. Z she was having a issue with her tooth. Dr. Z and his staff were very respectful, courteous and made my mom feel comfortable. Thank you
