Fantastic group of professionals! I have been with them now for 12 years and it has been amazing! You are treated wonderfully and there is not a single person that doesn’t greet you with a smile! They make you very much at ease and talk through the process of what you are having done. I’ve never been a fan of dental offices, but they do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable and I will be a fan forever!

I had to follow the best Dentist in the State, Dr. GRIFFIN as he changed locations. So finally I had my first visit at Smile and I am really impressed with everything. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beth cleaned my teeth like the best ever. She really knows her stuff. They do not rush and take time to explain everything as they work. Also they have a very nice office and modern technology. Holly is super sweet and gave me a detailed run down as to what my out of pocket cost will be for work I need done. I really left feeling like they cared about me as a patient and I will for sure be going back. Totally recommend them if you're looking for a good place for your dental care.

This office is amazing, my Dr. Matt is so attentive to my needs. They did an amazing job on my Teeth cleaning and they keep me informed the whole way. I’m very happy to have them for all my dental needs. This is the place to go. They are a family based business and put the needs of the customer first.

I left my previous dentist office after 10+ years with lots of hesitation and fear and moved to Smile Fort Worth on the recommendation of a friend. It was the best decision! Dr Wilkinson is absolutely the most compassionate and caring dentist. He takes his time and makes your concerns feel heard and understood. He has gone above and beyond to provide the care I need. The hygienists and front office staff are also really wonderful! I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Talicia on Invisalign. I’m really glad I made the move to Smile FW!

Called the office as a new patient and asked the receptionist how she was doing, and she did not ask me how I was doing which usually one would get from the person answering at a dentist office. I was expecting a more friendly greeting being a potential new patient. This person was definitely not smiling today. I felt like I was ruining her day by just calling and I was wasting her time or bothering her for calling and asking if she took my insurance. It was about 45 minutes before close and maybe she was tired just not receptive to the phone call. It also could have been just the way things were going. I will give it the benefit of the doubt, and I will try to call back again at a later date. Hopefully I will get a better experience.
