This was our first visit at Decatur Family Dentistry and we were very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Dr. Taylor and all of the staff. I brought my elderly friend in to have two teeth extracted. Dr. Taylor thoroughly reviewed the medical history that we provided and took that into consideration when making his treatment recommendations. After examining my friend and reviewing her x-rays, he created a detailed document of recommended treatment and his staff immediately submitted it to her Medicare and Medicaid plan. To our surprise, the entire cost was covered by insurance. My friend was able to have two broken teeth extracted that same day. We were then given clear instructions for aftercare. The entire team, including Dr. Taylor, the dental assistant and the office staff, were knowledgeable, helpful and kind. We highly recommend Decatur Family Dentistry.

Dr. Taylor and his staff are extremely friendly..kind..patient and helpful. That make you feel at ease and will always ask if you're ok or if you need anything. I (like most people) didn't enjoy going to the dentist but this is the only one I feel great about going to. They do an amazing job and all of them are amazing people!

I’m not a fan of going to the dentist, but when I first moved here, this was the closest office. It turned out to be such a great place that even after I moved, I still make the drive just to come back. Everyone is super friendly and they get you in and out which is a bonus!!

OMG❣️ I have to say I DID NOT want to keep this appointment, however, reluctantly, I did and am so glad I did. Dr Taylor, Erin, the office staff all made me feel so relaxed and comfortable..like they had known me for years. I had several teeth/roots extracted of which were easier and not as painful as I expected. This office is definately the Dental Office I will continue to go to and also highly recommend to anyone that needs dental care. Dr. Taylor and his team over at Decatur Family Dentistry were absolutely fantastic. The establishment is modern and very clean, the hostess and assistant were both extremely nice and welcoming both at arrival and when I was leaving. Dr. Taylor was professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend anyone to go here.
