Hands down the best dental experience I have ever had! I love the text message you get ahead of time where you can upload EVERYTHING! So when I arrived for my appointment this morning, I was taken back within FIVE MINUTES! I walked in the door to immediate friendly faces and warm greetings. The first thing I got was the X-rays that take the full shot of my mouth. Then she did the other X-rays up close while I was in the chair and was patient and kind. The person that looked at my gums took the measurements, explained everything to MY satisfaction including taking the initiative to show me the impact from the little bit of gum disease that I had and how I have lost a little bone and where my gums used to be versus where they are now. I appreciate it because I really understood WHY I needed the recommended procedures. Then Dr Kyle came in 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 and he took actual photos of the teeth that needed repair. I thought I was going in to get a regular cleaning and because they are so thorough they made certain that I understood that the old fillings were deteriorating and that I had sticky areas that needed to be redone. He showed me the pictures and explained everything to me, and then the lady came in and showed me my dental plan options and sure that I knew that I had no out-of-pocket expense. She showed me what my insurance covered, what it did not and what I needed a pre-authorization for. I love that because there are no surprises!!!! The Doctor and the hygienist (Mikayla) were super friendly and they made the process of numbing my mouth easier for me to handle because I hate needles 😩. He did the removals and she refilled every old filling!!!!!! I have never had such thorough care ever and I have had some great dentists but this was BARN) the best! Let’s get into the end of the appointment though! It’s about the warm white cloth that she laid on my jaws and my mouth with the eucalyptus aromatherapy and the gentle massage she did of my jaws that completely relaxed me and just made me feel so taken care of!!!!! I recommended them to my personal Dr and we will be going as a whole family now! If you’ve been looking for a GREAT DENTIST and EXCELLENT TEAM I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you to all of them from the front desk, to the hygienists, to Dr Kyle! Immense gratitude! Absolutely wonderful experience! ❤️

My experiences at Transformative Family Dentistry with Dr. Kyle and the team have been excellent. After an accident, I’ve had some teeth and bite alignment with clear aligners with good results. Recently, I had a crown placed, with the permanent one being done on that visit. The team is always friendly and caring. I appreciate how each team member introduces themselves. Great experiences here!

I was recommended to TFD by a trusted friend. Though I wont be taking any more of his referrals. My initial exam was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a dentist office. When the hygienist took my xrays, I expressed discomfort and pain as she kept shoving this metal apparatus into my mandible and sublingual glands. I begged for another device and she just told me "we're almost finished." Once my first set of fillings were completed, I expressed issues with cold hot sweet and salty food items. They initially reassured me that I would be able to get my fillings adjusted on my next visit. When my next visit came to finish my fillings the doctor tried to reassure me that the previous work was acceptable (bs) so I let them finish the second set of fillings. This hygienist was more skilled than the last one. But she had to do so much shaping to get my jawline even slightly aligned with the poorly done first set. Its been weeks since my last visit and I have a gap in my smile. Chewing is still a challenge I cant even eat an apple without having to adjust the food. Needless to say, I wont be returning. Theyve taken enough of my money. I kinda wish I went to another dentist office or just left my cavities alone altogether ughhhhh what a waste
