I was referred by a friend, and I’m so glad I came! My experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which really put me at ease. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The office itself is spotless, smells amazing, and has a great vibe with the music they play. Even though the building was a bit chilly, they kindly offered me a blanket and water to keep me comfortable. They also have complimentary coffee and water available, which was a nice touch. Although I don’t currently have insurance, they went above and beyond to help me find the most affordable options to cover my care. I’m so happy with the outcome and the level of service I received, I’ll definitely be coming back! I found my new dental home !

This is a GREAT dental office. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Kyle Ratliff was kind and passionate with my children. They were able to schedule my three children in one visit and the wait was not long at all. It was my younger children’s first trip to the dentist and they are excited to return for their 6 months check ups (no fear of the dentist) due to the great gentle service provided. The second time I scheduled with them they were able to work with my schedule on getting my child in to have some teeth removed and Dr. Kyle was so patient with my son making sure he was not in any pain and making the process as easy for my child as possible. I could not ask for anything better and will be transferring my dental care there as well. I have recommended my other family members go there also and would recommend anyone who is in search for a great new dentist. A 10 out of 10 for sure!

I had the honor of being treated by Dr. Ratliff and his staff and all I have to say is the professionalism, patience, and positive energy is just what’s needed for routine or emergency dental care. As much as I hate going to the dentist, the care I receive at Transformative Family Dentistry makes it much better and less intimidating to set appointments and actually go to them. Dr. Ratliff takes care and pride in how you feel and what experiences you have. From music playing through the visit to the dental themed wall art, you will have a wonderful experience! Dr Kyle and his staff were friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable by explaining each procedure before they did it. I didn’t feel rushed or nervous like I usually am at dental visits. It was one of the best experiences I have had at a dentist appointment. 👍

I’m 40 and Dr. Kyle is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He is knowledgeable, has a great personality and he plays the best R&B music! It’s always a pleasant experience and I feel well taken care of. My teenage son is now his patient too and loves him just as much.
