They explained everything in a way that made sense to my daughter, showed her all the cool tools, and made her feel like a superstar. The examination itself was quick, gentle, and painless. Dr. Nguyen and Christie took the time to answer all my questions, provided valuable advice on oral care, and they gave my daughter a shiny new toothbrush and supplies to take home. She even got to choose a toy from their treasure chest. My daughter was so excited she got a copy of her xray she took it to school showing all of her little friends telling them “its not scary at the dentist its so fun!” What truly impressed me was the genuine care, kindness, and patience shown by the entire team. My initial appointment with Dr. Petrie was professional and efficient. During his examination, he earnestly addressed my current and future dental concerns. My encounter with Kalvina, his dental hygienist, was pleasant as she reviewed all medical and dental issues pertinent to my care. She then led me through a series of photos, x-rays, and a thorough cleaning. The office staff was courteous and helpful both before and after my visit. Overall, this was the most comprehensive dental visit I have ever experienced and I am comfortable placing my future dental care in their hands.

Had a great visit because I was able to communicate seamlessly with the scheduling staff. I was clear about what the visit might cost me. I was seen quickly and Dr. Petrie listened to my concerns and provided me attentive care. I felt seen, heard and respected. Overall, a dignified experience and I plan to return, which says a lot because this practice is out of network for me.
