I had such a great experience here. I had to make an urgent appointment & was seen almost immediately. Once there, the issue was assessed & I had to have an emergency procedure. I was quite nervous & hesitant being put to sleep, but Lauren & Dr. Costa were both so wonderful & made me feel at ease. The process & plan were explained thoroughly, and they were so patient & understanding. I really appreciate them taking the time to sit down & talk with me. This was just a few days ago, and I'm already recommending my friends & family 👏🏻 Thank you both (& front desk!) for being so great, and for checking on me this weekend ❤️ See you again soon!

I enjoyed a very positive and transparent consultation which gave me an understanding of the procedures, costs and outcomes I could choose from for my specific needs. Staff there is very professional and provides a super caring environment. My time was not rushed, as the doctors and all the office professionals took their time and genuinely wanted to make sure that I was ok and made sure I understood each step of every possibility offered to me. They gave me a detailed print out with pricing on all my reviewed options when I left. I am very happy and satisfied with my experience there today and would recommend it to others who are looking to find out "what they can do", for their own dental needs. This is the place to go! Excellent!

I had my first visit at Knoxville Smiles and the experience was incredible! From the moment I walked in, the front desk made me feel welcome and at ease. My dental hygienist, Rebekah, was fantastic. She explained everything clearly and made the cleaning process super comfortable. I also met Dr. Costa and Dr. Malone, who both took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Their professionalism and friendly approach really stood out and gave me confidence that my dental care is in great hands. Overall, the entire team went above and beyond. I can honestly say this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit which is something I never thought I’d say about going to the dentist! 2025 January 17 Lemme tell you something, I DESPISED dentists until I came here. Truly I did. Up until my visits at Knoxville Smiles, you could not convince me dentists didn't exist just to hurt people. NOTHING scared me more than going to the dentist. Then I came here. I will NEVER go to any dentist office aside from Knoxville Smiles. I came in and they had Carribean lo-fi playing, a beachside villa screensaver on, and a cute animal channel on the ceiling. Ms. Lauren asked if I wanted the chair heated, or the massager on, or a blanket. Had me wondering if I was at the dentist or the spa! In the meantime between setup, we talked about our holidays and family, and it was like I was talking to a friend. They were extremely gentle with me and had SUCH a friendly atmosphere. It makes such a difference when the people who are working on you can do their work so confidently, and so well, that they can carry on entire conversations together. And for as much as I could be included for having my teeth being worked on, they'd say something that I could interact with through just noises. I felt so comfortable I almost fell asleep twice! The only thing that kept me up is when I started drifting asleep, Dr. Wolkow would tell me to keep my mouth open wide. Ms. Lauren and Dr. Wolkow made me feel like I wasn't just a patient they needed to work on and get out the door, but an actual person they cared about helping. I have to say it again, I will not go to any other dentistry than Knoxville Smiles. It's a shame I can't give them more stars! And for any fellow servicemembers that get sent here because of QTC, this was my third vist here, and I have to drive an hour and a half to get here. I fought with QTC to get my appointment here, because they're that good. So wherever you're coming from, trust and believe that the people at Knoxville Smiles will take care of you.
