I had my first visit at Knoxville Smiles and the experience was incredible! From the moment I walked in, the front desk made me feel welcome and at ease. My dental hygienist, Rebekah, was fantastic. She explained everything clearly and made the cleaning process super comfortable. I also met Dr. Costa and Dr. Malone, who both took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Their professionalism and friendly approach really stood out and gave me confidence that my dental care is in great hands. Overall, the entire team went above and beyond. I can honestly say this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit which is something I never thought I’d say about going to the dentist! Best place ever! I have spent many years and money on my smile. They were able to give me a movie star smile!!! Very easy and no pain. I love going to the dentist now. Everyone is so nice and professional, plus they make you feel like a friend or family. Really can’t say enough good things about them. Love them all❤️

i had to make a last minute appointment for a broken tooth, which i didn’t realize would turn into a dental surgery/extraction and implant. every person on the staff who was part of my experience was excellent. dr. costa took the time to explain things to me before my surgery, he was patient and kind and talked me through the parts i was nervous about, answered all my questions and was so positive. his assistant, whose name i can’t remember (i’m sorry!) was the sweetest as well. she told me each step she was about to take before she did it, gave me encouragement throughout the parts of my surgery i was awake for (right before sedation, and coming off of it after), answered any questions i had and was super friendly and kind. they both made a huge impact on my experience and made me feel very well taken care of, not just another person in their chair. i am very, very glad i picked knoxville smiles.
