I had my first visit at Knoxville Smiles and the experience was incredible! From the moment I walked in, the front desk made me feel welcome and at ease. My dental hygienist, Rebekah, was fantastic. She explained everything clearly and made the cleaning process super comfortable. I also met Dr. Costa and Dr. Malone, who both took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Their professionalism and friendly approach really stood out and gave me confidence that my dental care is in great hands. Overall, the entire team went above and beyond. I can honestly say this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit which is something I never thought I’d say about going to the dentist! Best place ever! I have spent many years and money on my smile. They were able to give me a movie star smile!!! Very easy and no pain. I love going to the dentist now. Everyone is so nice and professional, plus they make you feel like a friend or family. Really can’t say enough good things about them. Love them all❤️

I will give them two Stars for keeping the appointment on time. I’m not sure how the space gets five stars. The doctor and staff, they seem polite and knowledgeable, but I went in with a toothache and an infected root. Most of my 30 minute appointment was the doctor trying to upsell me on a treatment plan. I walked out of there with a tree complaint for $45,000. I am retired and on a fixed income, and I made them aware of that. The doctors may be good, but it is obvious to me that the best interest is not in the patient, but they are more focused on the Almighty Dollar That’s an expensive toothache to repair, And to make matters worse, I was in severe pain didn’t sleep all night, and the doctor would not give me anything for pain.

My experience with this dental practice has been consistently exceptional. Despite residing nearly an hour away, I willingly make the drive to Malone and Costa because the caliber of care, professionalism, and expertise provided by the staff and doctors far outweighs the distance. A series of events brought me to their doors, and I have not looked back since. Their unwavering commitment to patient-centered service, coupled with their clinical excellence, makes each visit worthwhile.

I initially went to Knoxville Smiles because of I broke my tooth and it was causing pain. They open at 7:30 which is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and the dentists are wonderful. They explained the treatment plan and procedure thoroughly. I recently had the molar extracted and went through the first step in receiving my new implant. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office in my life. I would very highly recommend them. Oh, and they are also very knowledgeable about Temporomandibular Joint Disorder.
