My experience with this dental practice has been consistently exceptional. Despite residing nearly an hour away, I willingly make the drive to Malone and Costa because the caliber of care, professionalism, and expertise provided by the staff and doctors far outweighs the distance. A series of events brought me to their doors, and I have not looked back since. Their unwavering commitment to patient-centered service, coupled with their clinical excellence, makes each visit worthwhile.

Knoxville smiles is an awesome place to go, it all started with the front desk staff they were all pleasant, very helpful With the signing in process, and when you go into the back to get ready to see the dentist, the other staff were absolutely phenomenal, I saw Dr. Costa he explained the whole procedure to me, was very patient when I was asking questions and told me all about the procedure with the dental implants He was very thorough in giving me all the information that I was meeting to have. Everyone there from the front desk to the doctors to the people that make the implant. Very nice had a very nice smile on their face and very pleasant to be able to Talk to. And then when we were leaving, they were very helpful and said that if I had any other questions that I could feel free to call Help me finding out about the solution to my questions. I will highly highly Knoxville smiles.

Came for a consultation for missing teeth. First Impression everyone I dealt with on the phone was professional and knowledgeable. Hard to find these days. Then arriving at the office it was clean and just had a great all around vibe. Met with Dr Costa and did a preliminary X-ray. Then he spent the time to explain my options and answer any questions I had. You can tell when someone is actually engaged with you or just going through the motions. He was fully engaged and excited about what we talked about. Also very confident as well which put me at ease. Confident not cocky I should emphasize which is also hard to find these days. You can truly tell he loves what he does and helping people feel confident in their own smiles. I have a long journey to go with this process but I am excited to take it with the team at Knoxville smiles. Will be posting more as we go.

Everyone very nice and the dentist explained all my future treatment options. I especially loved the new air and water cleaning tool that is used for the teeth cleaning. Its a lot faster and not uncomfortable like the old school way. I would recommend this office to family and friends.

Dr. Malone and his team are awesome! I had a tooth problem and they saw me immediately and fit me in their busy schedule. Dr. Malone treated my tooth with such care, pain-free, and used the newest technology. Tammy and Missy are so kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend Dr Malone and his office.
