I was feeling a bit anxious, but the staff was incredibly supportive and made me feel at ease right away. Everyone was kind and took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the care process. The procedure itself was quick and completely painless. Dr. Costa was attentive and thoughtful, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. We left with a clear treatment plan, and I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone.

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff coupled with a comfortable working environment make this a wonderful dental experience. Dr Malone is top notch in his field. He stays on top of technology as does his team and he’s an honest, amazing human being. No wonder he’s built such a wonderful practice. I wouldn’t consider anywhere else for my dental needs. ♥️

I want to start by saying I hate going to the dentist. Unfortunately I couldn't bear with the pain anymore. I needed to make an appointment and I needed it same day. I started on Google and went through a couple different suggestions to find out I was booked out for weeks. I got Knoxville smiles at Malone and Costa. I was able to have the same day appointment. Location is nice and the staff is so extremely nice. I feel comfortable and I felt cared for. I will definitely recommend them to anybody who's looking for a dentist. I wish I could give more than five stars because the service that I received was absolutely totally amazing. And I don't mind to go to my next appointment now.

We are seniors living on limited budget. We shopped and shopped.....then we found Knoxville Smiles Malone and Costa. They do it all. No sending you here and there.We're very happy and satisfied with their services. We were also happy with their pricing. An "awesome" family to be a part of. Always there to help with your needs. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist were friendly, professional and gave good solid information. It had been a loooong time since I had been to the dentist. I figured I must have cavities. They did X-rays and examined me and I was cavity free!! I know I can trust them! Highly recommend. They have all these five star ratings for a reason!
