Dr. Aalam is absolutely the Best. I had avoided periodontal gum surgery for YEARS and had several consultations. His Professionalism, expertise, care and presence are extraordinary. He went over every detail, and the office staff are ALL amazing. I had no doubt or fear whatsoever prior. The surgery was seamless.. I had a potential issue days later and he responded within minutes to my call, with care and kindness. I couldn't be any more grateful for having the surgery, and with Dr. Aalam. 🙏

I was referred to the Center for Advanced Periodontal and Implant Therapy to see Dr. Alina Krivitsky for treatment of severe periodontal disease. Dr. Krivitsky recommended the Bonner Method, which has made a remarkable difference in my gum health. Her expertise, care, and precision are truly outstanding. I later had a bone and gum graft on one tooth, and the result was excellent — virtually indistinguishable from my own natural bone and gum tissue. I’m also very grateful to Ava Faranahjy, the hygienist, whose skill, gentleness, and encouragement made every visit comfortable and reassuring. Thanks to Dr. Krivitsky and her wonderful team, my gums and teeth were saved. I can’t recommend this center highly enough for anyone seeking advanced, compassionate, and truly effective periodontal care.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great Periodontist in LA. I go here for routine cleanings while doing Invisalign treatment and have had a great experience. Ava, my hygienist, is the best and has gone above and beyond from day one. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in my oral health. Every visit feels thorough and personalized, and I always leave confident that I’m in great hands. Five stars all around!

What a great spot! I came here for an implant replacement a few years ago and some other thing got stuck. Dr. Alam was able to squeeze me in quickly and cleaned out the affected area (along with antibiotics). Because he had put in some magical implant with a screw top, we were able to pop off the crown and clean, and screw the crown back in. No new crown needed! Can't recommend enough. Come here for the best care, without consideration for insurance.
