I had a tooth get infected, and before I knew it, I was in so much pain, I couldn't function. They were able to schedule me an appointment for the next day. *I've had some pretty bad experiences with dental work in the past so I was extremely nervous* But everyone was so kind and understanding. From the moment I walked in, they took amazing care of me and were so gentle. They were able to extract the tooth in short order, with almost no pain. I was actually shocked when it was over, because I was still waiting for the sharp pain 😅 it never came. They treated me so well, and really gained my trust. Ill be scheduling a cleaning with them soon to keep the rest of my teeth. I am very grateful to the entire staff, they really are excellent at what they do. Thank you so much

Not enough stars to give. Alex, the office manager, was so kind and took extra time with me being a new patient and clearly explained the simple process of getting started so when I arrived for my appointment it would be smooth. It was! No muss or fuss! My appointment was at 3 and I went back at 3 on the dot! I was greeted by Missy, one of the kindest, light hearted souls you could meet. Faith, the hygienist, was as light as a feather while poking around. Ted, the dentist, came in and was so hands on when explaining what he thinks is the best path for my care in a clear easy to understand manner. Jenn and Jennifer were there for the hardest part, the billing! They took extra time to let me know my options to pick a path that not only works for me physically, but also financially. If you are in the market for a dentist, your search is over assuming they are in you provider network. They have a winning team if you ask me. For the record, I am not a cookie cutter patient. I am a complicated case for sure and they not only didn't shame me for it, they made me more than comfortable.

I have always had a great experience with Dr Mefford and his team. Dr Mefford is incredibly kind, professional, and takes the time to make you feel comfortable throughout your visit. The entire staff is just as wonderful. Everyone is so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely caring. You can tell they truly value their patients and go the extra mile to create a positive experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist who combines skill with a warm and friendly environment.

I love the Appling office!!! I have come here for years!!! Dr. Mefford is the absolute BEST!!! If you are having any issues, they are there with you, explaining everything to you, ensuring you understand the what and why your issue is happening. Everyone in the office is nice and they treat you like family!!!

From the scheduling of my appointment to the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. My dental hygienist and the dentist were very personable and friendly. I felt like we were friends from the beginning. So thankful a friend recommended this office. They are amazing!!
