I had a tooth get infected, and before I knew it, I was in so much pain, I couldn't function. They were able to schedule me an appointment for the next day. *I've had some pretty bad experiences with dental work in the past so I was extremely nervous* But everyone was so kind and understanding. From the moment I walked in, they took amazing care of me and were so gentle. They were able to extract the tooth in short order, with almost no pain. I was actually shocked when it was over, because I was still waiting for the sharp pain 😅 it never came. They treated me so well, and really gained my trust. Ill be scheduling a cleaning with them soon to keep the rest of my teeth. I am very grateful to the entire staff, they really are excellent at what they do. Thank you so much

I love Lauren who cleans my teeth, she's very thorough and does not hurt me at all. Dr.Mefford is the best DDS!! I got new teeth, crowns not veneers in 2019. I love them!! I had very yellow/gray teeth that would not respond to the several professional bleaching techniques I tried. It was hard for me to smile since I was a young child bc I was embarrassed the way my teeth looked. But these crowns look amazing! Dr. Mefford is so kind, gentle and supportive. The whole office staff is great, it's a pleasure to go there.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience at Bellano Dental For years, I avoided going to the dentist in Memphis after multiple experiences with unethical and unprofessional dental practices. Before COVID, I would actually drive 5.5 hours to my longtime dentist because I had previously received unnecessary dental procedures elsewhere. That’s how cautious—and honestly, how anxious—I had become. I was referred to Bellano by my son’s dentist, who is also amazing and someone I deeply trust. After much hesitation, I finally made the appointment and showed up—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, I was given a warm and welcoming greeting in the waiting room. Maggie was my hygienist, and she was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my gums, roots, and what the prognosis would be to get everything back on track. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Dr. Turner went over and beyond to get to know me and took the time to walk me through my X-rays in detail. He made sure I understood everything and answered my questions without rushing. The exam was thorough, thoughtful, and—most importantly—honest. I never felt pressured into unnecessary procedures. Bellano truly restored my trust in dental care. I highly recommend them to anyone who is nervous, hesitant, or looking for a professional, ethical, and compassionate dental team.

I went in for a consultation. The office is beautiful and inviting to be in. It's clean (not all are) and the staff were ALL so warm from the first person I met to the last. Dr. Terry and Ms. Shoy (hopefully the spelling is close enough to know who I'm referring to) were incredibly kind and reassuring and addressed my concerns thoroughly. I'm looking forward to starting a new journey here with my daughter and I. I have definitely found our new dental home.

My dentist Dr. Medford took the time to explain everything clearly and my hygienist Lauren made sure I felt completely at ease throughout the entire appointment. The care was gentle, thorough, and honestly the best I’ve ever received. I left feeling confident, informed, and well taken care of.
