Worst experience ever, I was blindsided today because I came in for a specific service and when I'm in the chair they added services without my permission attempting to pad my insurance for unnecessary services that l did not agree to prior. When I brought that to their attention they tried to uno reverse it on me and make me out of the problem. These are not trustworthy people.

To say HFD goes above and beyond is an understatement. Between Ashley at the front and the wonderful ladies to Dr. Crown and Bessie, the experience was wonderful and amazing. Their amazing customer service, calming me during a slight dental insurance, and the comfort while being almost seven months pregnant. I will definitely be back and will become a lifelong patient.

I'm a new patient here at HFD and I just had a great experience!! The staff makes you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door! This is a very nice clinic with a fun work environment. A special thanks to Vic, Madi and Jennifer on a job well done! I look forward to my next visit!

During my first visit on Jan.20th when she worked at the Harbor Town location, Dr. Ross did some cavity fillings and did them wrong, as i am STILL not able to chew on my right side as of March 15th. February 10th, Dr. Crown did more fillings on my left side and adjusted the fillings that Dr. Ross did, yet i STILL cannot chew on my right side and still experience sharp pain on the fillings meaning they weren't adjusted properly. In addition, my gums are now extremely inflamed on the LEFT side and it feels as if an infection is spreading, as well as me experiencing sensitivity to literally everything. I got a text from someone named Elizabeth asking me to come back March 4th, in which i did. Of course, she didn't bother to actually schedule me, so when I got there, everyone's attitude was absolutely disgusting including Dr. Crown. The energy was very off considering they messed MY mouth up. He definitely acted as if i was a bother, yet I'm the one who is in pain every single day thanks to now 2 of the dentists here!!!! You would think he was the one being inconvenienced!! Mind you, I am a very soft spoken and nice person. Of course he fixed nothing at all and my mouth continues to hurt. My 3rd and final visit March 12th was the last straw for me. My appointment was at 8am. Dr. Crown came a whole hour later (which was on purpose cause he really didn't know what to do & didn't care to figure it out either) and i was gone within 5 minutes after waiting a whole hour to be seen. I knew I should've just left, as I'm pretty sure I was not welcomed... in so many words Dr.. Crown told me he didn't know what it could be and blamed me "grinding my teeth at night". I do not grind my teeth and never have. How would that explain my face and gums on the left side throbbing all day long??? Why do I still have a sharp pain as if the bite is still off on the right side? Why is my gum pain spreading to teeth that haven't even been worked on?? These people completely messed my teeth up. I have never experienced issues after having a cavity filled until I got here. They made SURE they took my money though!!! Yet all of the work I paid for was done incorrectly and will have to be redone by a dentist that actually knows what they're doing. Jaqueline (nurse) seemed like she had just graduated high school and simply didn't know what she was talking about at ANY point asking questions like "do you ever find your teeth touching? because they're not supposed to touch) basically looking for anything to blame my mouth pain on because she had no IDEA what could be wrong. Who's teeth do not touch at some point???? I mean be fr. I just wouldn't recommend this place maybe not to people of color. Just go somewhere else, seriously. These are the kind of unfortunate situations that keep people away from the dentist for years.
