The people in the dentist office are horrible service providers. Not only did they allow me to leave the facility without being in driving condition . THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt but I 100% know I made the right choice to choose a different office. THEY ORIGINALLY TREATED ME VERY UGLY OVER A PAYMENT. To learn later they over charged for the services they provided. Now they are mailing me a 150.00 dollar check. Poor service please skip this office. ...

My first visit (for a cleaning) was a very good experience. From scheduling & intake through the dental examination I had the impression that these folks know what they are doing and care about their work. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and respectful of my time. The hygienist was quick, effective, and gentle with her care. Dr. Crown was very down to earth and straightforward with his assessment. I plan to return for additional dental care.

I accidentally booked at the wrong location. They were nice and helpful. They found a spot at the location I attended. They are always on time, friendly, and professional. I strongly recommend the Harbor Town location.

Rica the Dental Technician was so kind and attentive. She had a great deal of warmth and made me feel Welcome. Dr.Crown came in and introduced himself. Explained everything thoroughly to me. I am nearing the end of my Journey with Invisalign. Highly recommend this Practice.
