Fantastic experience today at Dr. Kemp and Dr. Edwards office. Jeanie the hygienist cleaned my teeth and was personable and very thorough. I spoke with both associate doctors (Dr. Prince and Dr. Samisch) who were also very friendly. I look forward to my next visit and would highly recommend this office.

First time at this dentist. Went for a Routine cleaning. Office staff were all very nice and professional. My hygienist was great too. And the new dentist they have, Allison Samisch, she must have finished at the top of her class cause she’s smart and has a great bedside manner. Love these folks!

My visits are always great with Laurie as my hygienist. She’s professional, efficient and kind. I always enjoy talking with her around mouth Fula of fingers and instruments. I had Dr Prince today for the first time, very professional and kind.

My Pastor suggested reaching out to them for two teeth I desperately needed extracted. They had a cancellation by the grace of God and was able to get me in not only that day , but in less than an hour. From the front desk to the dental chair everyone was so friendly. They went over other dental options like dentures and was more than helpful in referring me to somewhere else when it was a bit out of my price range. The extractions were performed professionally and quickly. To put the cherry on the top of the cake they were also so much more affordable than other places quoted me at. In summary if your in need of a good dentist look no further these guys were great!

I'm so impressed with this office and thankful that I called them. My situation was unique and I have a lot to say about this clinic. About a week before I was due to move abroad indefinitely I was in pretty serious pain and made an appointment here. Obviously I was in a rush, and they booked me an appointment on the shortest of notice, no problem. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and efficient. I had the good fortune to be seen by Dr. Samisch, who was patient, communicative, very thorough and efficient, and who has my highest unreserved recommendation. It turned out that I needed a root canal, several fillings, a fitting for a night guard, and a deep cleaning.. all in literally five days. Scheduling all of that seemed like it would be like the plot of a heist movie but it was totally seamless and I was humbled by how accommodating everyone was. The office staff went to great lengths to call around to find me an endodontist for the root canal on such short notice (while I was still in the office, I would add. Wow!) and even after securing me a spot at the first place she could find, which unfortunately was not in my insurance network, she assured me she was still looking for other options that might be in network. Truly above and beyond. Got the root canal scheduled for Monday, followed by a visit to the office literally every day until the day before I left to get everything I needed done on time. They scheduled the crown fitting to be perfectly timed immediately after I would be finished with the root canal, Dr. Samisch made an impressive showing getting the moulding/fitting/temporary crown in place in time to send me to the hygeinist for a cleaning while I was still numb. The hygeinist was top tier and I was amazed at how thorough she was and I saw firsthand why they're not lying when they say routine cleanings are important. I was seen by another hygeinist the next day as there was only time to clean one side before the office closed, and while I saw a different hygeinist the quality of care was to the same standard. Over the following three days I had the crown seated quite comfortably and four fillings, all with Dr. Samisch and each of which meticulously shaped to give me the most comfortable possible bite based on repeated impressions and my own feedback. The doctor listened to me carefully and accommodated every concern with unwavering thoroughness, taking as much time as needed to get everything just right, which ended up being quite a bit. Every assistant (there were a few over the course of the week and I regret that I can't recall each of their names) was equally professional and committed to getting my teeth in the best possible shape before I left. I'm now settled in outside of the US and my teeth are doing great, to my tremendous relief. I wanted to take some time to be as thorough with this review as this entire office was at accommodating a tricky and time-sensitive situation with such professionalism, patience, and kindness. I chose this office because it was the closest to me, but I will be returning because the standard of care is second to none. ...I mean that literally. On my next visit back to Memphis, I'm literally going to book a cleaning and check up at this clinic. You can't go wrong here.
