I had such a great experience at Relax and Smile Dental! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel genuinely welcome, which I really appreciate because one of my least favorite things is walking into an office and feeling ignored or out of place. They were so kind, professional, and set the tone for how the rest of the visit went. The dental team was extremely thorough and took their time explaining everything to me, which made me feel confident and well cared for. The whole office has such a calm, friendly vibe that really lives up to the name “Relax and Smile.” I left feeling like I finally found a dental office that truly cares about their patients. Highly recommend!

After going to the same place for more than 20 years, I had to find a new place and fortunately, I found this one. The front desk staff is super helpful and caring. Easy to schedule an appointment, not waiting time at arrival, super cute offices, big rooms and all my questions have been answered professionally. I am super happy, and I don't even feel I am new patient. Totally recommended and specially Jessica who is amazing with my cleaning procedure.

Relax and Smile has been taking care of my dental health for the last 2 years and I only have positive things to say about each of my experiences. Starting with the booking of the appointment, it’s not only quick and easy but I’m reminded via text message a couple of times before the visit to make sure I don’t miss it. The place itself is modern, with cutting technology and as spotless as a dental office should be. In general, going to the dentist can be stressful, it’s certainly something I’m personally not looking to it but Relax and Smile’s folks get the best out of me every single time I’m there. It’s a fun experience actually, or better say, they make it fun for me. I have got several procedures done at this place, that includes multiple cleanings (at least 4 so far) and Invisalign and I can’t complain at all. One important aspect for me is the financials and they have been clearly layout for me, as well as the treatment options. As for the procedures, everything has been perfect. Dr. Santos has been my dentist since day 1 and she has been great. I have been going through the Invisalign journe

I went yesterday for a cleaning and had an excellent experience with Kaylee and Samanta. From check-in to the procedure, everything was smooth and comfortable. Kaylee was very thorough with the cleaning but also gentle I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. Samanta was friendly, professional, and explained each step clearly, which made the whole visit easy and stress-free. The office itself is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff made me feel well cared for. I highly recommend this team if you’re looking for quality dental care with a warm, professional approach.

I'm not one to really leave reviews, and really I don't want to come off negative, however I've been a patient here now since April so I've had some solid experiences. I had a tooth extraction here that went great. I had a teeth cleaning back in April, the young hygienist was AMAZING. I have serious dental anxiety and she was great, as well as Alex at the front desk welcoming me in every time. Now for my most recent experience I went in for my dental cleaning, it was not the best. They texted me and asked for me to come in early, so I did and yet I still ended up being there two hours just sitting around for nothing, I was there from 4:30-6:30pm on a Thursday for a cleaning! It felt uneasy and unorganized, and the woman who did my cleaning was not welcoming and it was very painful. I mean just awful, water all over my face, I could taste ton of blood in my mouth. I understand that can happen with inflammation, flossing etc, but she had an incredibly heavy hand with the scraping pick and my gums. I think her name was Karen (?) Its been two days and my mouth still hurts. As someone with dental anxiety I just appreciate when someone does their best to be gentle, move quickly and talks me through the process. She did not do any of that. I should've made sure my cleaning was scheduled with the same hygienist as the first time, but I didn't think it would matter since expressed my concerns and worries.
