I had an excellent experience at Relax and Smile Dental Clinic. They did a thorough, full-on assessment of the work I need, and the level of care and professionalism really stood out. The practice is extremely clean, modern, and well equipped, and the location is very accessible in downtown Miami. What I appreciated most was how collaborative the process was — multiple specialists were involved, whether for imaging or to walk me through different treatment options, which gave me confidence that nothing was rushed or overlooked. They were also patient and transparent when explaining financing options, which made a potentially stressful process much easier to navigate. While it is on the pricier side, that’s fairly standard for dental care in the U.S., and in this case the value for the experience, expertise, and overall quality absolutely makes sense. I found this place on google because i had a terrible toothache and from the very beginning when i called to make an appointment to the very last minute the staff here was extremely helpful. The receptionist was so sweet and got me an appointment immediately. The assistant, Aracelis- who took my xrays was so patient and reassuring, the hygienist, Jesus, was also very sweet and careful and the doctor (Dr Santos i think) - FIVE STARS. This staff is A1. Sam, the coordinator, helped me so much and got me thru my visit. I left feeling comfortable with the choice i made, would recommend this place 1000 times over. Thank you!

I really loved this place! The front desk ladies and the dentists are incredibly kind, and they all work with great professionalism. They took the necessary time to explain every step clearly, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. The clinic is spotless, modern, and well-organized, which instantly gives you confidence that you’re in good hands. I walked out feeling relieved, informed, and genuinely cared for. Relax and Smile has been taking care of my dental health for the last 2 years and I only have positive things to say about each of my experiences. Starting with the booking of the appointment, it’s not only quick and easy but I’m reminded via text message a couple of times before the visit to make sure I don’t miss it. The place itself is modern, with cutting technology and as spotless as a dental office should be. In general, going to the dentist can be stressful, it’s certainly something I’m personally not looking to it but Relax and Smile’s folks get the best out of me every single time I’m there. It’s a fun experience actually, or better say, they make it fun for me. I have got several procedures done at this place, that includes multiple cleanings (at least 4 so far) and Invisalign and I can’t complain at all. One important aspect for me is the financials and they have been clearly layout for me, as well as the treatment options. As for the procedures, everything has been perfect.
