I recently moved to Nashville and was looking for a new dentist — so glad I found 12 South Dental Studio! The area is so cute, and the clinic has such a welcoming atmosphere. My experiences here have been seamless and even fun. The team takes time to explain everything clearly and walk through different treatment plans, which I really appreciate. Everyone working here is so sweet, and appointments are quick but never feel rushed. Highly recommend Dr.Ally!

The entire staff package at 12 South dental are absolutely phenomenal. I am fairly new to the Nashville area and I felt right at home as soon as I entered the building. My experience began with a very kind and warm welcome upon my arrival followed by unmatched professionalism and expert care, particularly from my dental hygienist Beth. Hands down, just a bunch of great folks doing great work and I highly recommend the service.

Just had my first visit with 12 South Dental Studio today. I can’t express how kind and helpful everyone was - from first walking in the door through leaving. Kelley at the front desk made sure I was comfortable waiting to be called back. Alexis took me back and talked to me like a friend as opposed to a patient. All of the amenities (tv on the ceiling, offering me eye shades for the lights) she offered were great but the most important thing for me is she clearly explained every single thing she was doing and they shared with me in real time the reasons they were making the treatment plan they were making for me. I immediately trusted them and wanted to match their kindness in my responses. They were even happily amenable to my work schedule and respected my needs and time. It was genuinely the best experience I’ve ever received during a dental visit. If you are searching for a dentist I would strongly recommend giving them a chance to earn having you as a patient!

Alexis did an amazing job with the cleaning and was very sensitive and nice and patient!! Dr Ali was very friendly and kind!! If you’re new to Nashville and want an A+ dental office, I highly recommend it!

Best dentist ever. They make you feel so comfortable while cleaning with whatever you want to watch on Netflix. Free coffee when you leave in just the nicest people. No dreaded dentist appointments in 12 S!!
