I was referred to this clinic by friends, and wow—my experience far exceeded expectations! From the moment I walked in, every staff member made me feel comfortable and cared for. My dental hygienist, Margaret, was incredibly patient and skillful. She sensed my nervousness right away and took the time to reassure me, explaining each step of my X-Ray and cleaning journey. I truly felt looked after. Dr. Spurlin-Moore was equally amazing—pleasant, knowledgeable, and very thorough. She used visuals to show me exactly what was going on with my teeth and clearly outlined the priorities for my treatment plan, from most to least urgent. I felt heard and respected throughout the entire consultation. Even at checkout, Andrea at the front desk stood out. She was warm, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my insurance options and out-of-pocket costs in a way that made total sense. Honestly, I’ve never been so impressed with a dental team. While I’m not exactly looking forward to getting dental work done (who is?), I feel confident that I’ll be in excellent hands based on this first visit. The entire staff was on point from start to finish.

Everything about this practice is exceptional. The team are kind and efficient, informative but never judgmental. Spaces / equipment are spotless, tech is state of the art, but always with a human touch + personal expertise. Today I went from what I thought would be a routine cleaning to spending the next 6 hours in the chair, and left laughing and thanking them. That’s some sorcery.

I am studying in Nashville and have a packed schedule when out of no where my veneer of 6 years popped off. Then next day I looked up Music City Dental, and was able to come in that same day. The staff were so friendly and hospitable. I was in and out and had my veneer put back on! They checked to make sure I liked the glue color, and adjusted my veneer until it felt completely comfortable, even better than before it had popped off. They were efficient in getting my information and made sure my insurance was applied. I highly recommend this place!

I was new to the Nashville area and used location and google reviews to choose this dental office. While everyone was nice and efficient and I was able to get in quickly, my filling I got done has left me with more issues than originally. I was unable to floss between both teeth and a lot of extra cement/filling material was left on my teeth post filling. I went back multiple times and every time I went to get the filling checked/figure out why it was still causing issues they found MORE work that needed done. Needless to say I went to a different local dentist for a second opinion and their care plan was not in line with what was recommended here. So just be careful and mindful what actual dental work needs done.

10/10! Music City Dental is the best dentist office I've ever experience. From the receptionist to the dental hygienist, to the dentists. Always a great experience and you'll always see beautiful smiling faces. You can feel the love and they make you feel like family.
