I’ve been a patient at MDS for about 15 years now. I’ve seen dentists retire, hygienists move, and front desk staff change, but what has ALWAYS remained consistent is the great care and fabulous quality of service that I receive! If I need to move appointments, the personable and professional front desk (shout out to Jasmine!) do what they can to accommodate. My teeth are straight due to Carl’s fantastic management of my Invisalign treatment a few years ago. Natasha, my wonderful, wonderful hygienist, has been keeping me cavity free for years now. And Dr. Charnas has watched over everything and fixed a chip or two over the years so that my smile remains bright. I can’t say enough good things about MDS. Go, you won’t be sorry.

My visit to Manhattan Dental Spa was genuinely a pleasant and amusing experience from start to finish. The first thing that stood out was their beautifully decorated lobby entrance, which immediately gave a warm and inviting feel. Once I got upstairs to their suite, I was impressed by how clean and well-organized everything was—it definitely set a positive tone. At the front desk, I was greeted by Emily, who was not only extremely pleasant and welcoming, but also offered me a chance to relax in their massage chair while I waited for the dentist. That small touch made a big difference and showed how much they care about patient comfort. When it was time for my appointment, I noticed that they use state-of-the-art technology, which reassured me that I was in good hands for the x-rays and scans. I was then introduced to Shana, who performed a tough cleaning on my teeth. She was professional, kind, and truly amazing at what she does. After the cleaning, I met Dr. Vargas, who was not only skilled but also down-to-earth and approachable—qualities you definitely want in your dentist. To wrap up, Ms. Karen walked me through the insurance details and payment breakdown. She was bubbly, straightforward, and incredibly reassuring throughout the process. I appreciated her clarity and energy. Overall, this visit felt more like a spa day than a dental appointment. The team at Manhattan Dental Spa went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and well taken care of. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be returning for future visits!

Natasha has been cleaning my teeth, checking my gums, and making recommendations about my oral health for over 20 years. She is at the top of her profession in terms of knowledge, thoroughness, and patient care. Besides getting wonderfully clean teeth on every visit, Natasha takes time to assess my overall health and wellness. I learn something new every time from her breadth of experiences. She has guided me through decisions related to Invisalign, whitening, tooth sensitivity, and cracked tooth repair to name a few. I feel blessed to be on her schedule 3x per year. Investing in your oral health is important, and Natasha is the hygienist you need in your team!

My dentist retired and I had to find a new dentist. Dr. Charnas was recommended and I am now highly recommending him and the Manhattan Dental Spa. They are the most competent, accommodating and professional staff. Shout out to Karen who explained clearly about the Smile Club membership to me was super helpful. I’m relieved knowing that my pearly whites will continue to have the best care. I’d give 5 more rating stars if I could.

What a pleasure to visit this dental office! Everyone here is not only incredibly skilled but also so warm and welcoming. Karen is truly one of a kind—I’ve never been to any doctor’s office where the billing person was so helpful and patient. Natasha is an absolute star of a dental hygienist, and Dr. Charnas is excellent—thorough, gentle, and kind. I always feel completely at ease and well cared for here. Highly recommend!
