Very friendly and professional! So far they have always seen me on time. Front staff is very friendly and on top of everything. The dentists are very good. Had a cleaning, whitening and an extraction with a prosthetic replacement. All the work has been excellent so far.

My local dentist gave me a mini heart attack when he told me my teeth were in bad shape and needed deep cleaning. I discussed my situation with Dr. Sachar for a second opinion, and she put my mind at ease by telling me that my teeth were not in the best shape. Still, with regular care and visits to my dentist every three months, I could reverse the harm done to my teeth and gums. She personally took care of me today, and I am happy to tell you that I have never felt better. I am scheduled to see her in three months. Tried to charge me $675 for a cleaning and refused to honor a promotional service when charging insurance was not an available option. Definitely don’t care about the patient or the relationship, will only value you if you’re billable. Update: In reply to the comment, the dependency for the promotional service was never explained prior to the visit, nor was the offer to reschedule provided over the phone call. The “multiple services” booked was based on a promotional offer for free whitening with a dental cleaning. It’s halfway through the year, so I had had a cleaning already done earlier in the year. It was never the understanding that you’d be billing insurance for the promotional service. When insurance was not an option, I inquired about the out of pocket cost for the cleaning to be able to still try and visit your office to see if was a fit for future sessions and take advantage of the promotion. This was when, for an out of pocket cleaning, I was quotes $675… which included the full charge for the whitening, meaning if paid out of pocket, the practice would not honor the promotion which was not disclosed when booking. When it was realized that your practice couldn’t bill my insurance at an inflated rate, it would seem that my patronage was no longer valuable. And the promotion, which was unexplained, was not honored.

I’ve trusted this office with my dental care for 4 years and they’ve been wonderful every time. The team is kind, professional, and makes every visit easy. They remind me ahead of time, I walk in and get seen right away — no stress, just great care 😌

Everyone here is friendly and professional, from the front desk onward, and Dr. Drach is first rate. Great service, great work, great conversation. I was very pleased with my first visit and will be returning. Highly recommended.
