Great experience with Dr. Drach and Adrianna. Dr. Drach examined my mouth thoroughly, including my areas of concern, and gave me a treatment that focused on preventing future issues rather than immediately jumping to a filling. I look forward to returning!

Tried to charge me $675 for a cleaning and refused to honor a promotional service when charging insurance was not an available option. Definitely don’t care about the patient or the relationship, will only value you if you’re billable. Update: In reply to the comment, the dependency for the promotional service was never explained prior to the visit, nor was the offer to reschedule provided over the phone call. The “multiple services” booked was based on a promotional offer for free whitening with a dental cleaning. It’s halfway through the year, so I had had a cleaning already done earlier in the year. It was never the understanding that you’d be billing insurance for the promotional service. When insurance was not an option, I inquired about the out of pocket cost for the cleaning to be able to still try and visit your office to see if was a fit for future sessions and take advantage of the promotion. This was when, for an out of pocket cleaning, I was quotes $675… which included the full charge for the whitening, meaning if paid out of pocket, the practice would not honor the promotion which was not disclosed when booking. When it was realized that your practice couldn’t bill my insurance at an inflated rate, it would seem that my patronage was no longer valuable. And the promotion, which was unexplained, was not honored.

I’ve trusted this office with my dental care for 4 years and they’ve been wonderful every time. The team is kind, professional, and makes every visit easy. They remind me ahead of time, I walk in and get seen right away — no stress, just great care 😌

My local dentist gave me a mini heart attack when he told me my teeth were in bad shape and needed deep cleaning. I discussed my situation with Dr. Sachar for a second opinion, and she put my mind at ease by telling me that my teeth were not in the best shape. Still, with regular care and visits to my dentist every three months, I could reverse the harm done to my teeth and gums. She personally took care of me today, and I am happy to tell you that I have never felt better. I am scheduled to see her in three months. Sachar Dental is always a great experience. From day 1 it was clear Dr Sachar and Dr Osterman are super talented. I had a tooth issue and Dr Sachar quickly and effectively addressed it. She is kind and super knowledgeable. That was the beginning of my Sachar Dental journey. As an Austin, TX resident at the time, I would see my family in NY and at exceptional times go to someone trusted for dental work. I was in NY for a month and was due to get complex work done. My mom highly recommended Dr Osterman at Sachar Dental. It was going to be a multi-step and multi-month long process so I decided to jump start it in NY. Dr Osterman did such a great job even my local (in Austin) dentist, whom I really appreciate, sincerely praised the work done by Dr Osterman. I also had the opportunity to visit with Dr Drasch more recently and she’s been great. Importantly, it’s such a pleasure working with Juana and the team at the front desk. She shows genuine care for patients, and really makes effort to accommodate specific circumstances. I don’t hesitate to call for an appointment because she makes it so easy and seamless and it’s always a wonderful experience. Thank you Sachar Dental! I hope to find a practice nearly as good when I move to Chicago. But no matter where I am, I will probably find myself in your office again. ;) Can’t compromise on good health!
