So today was my first ever appointment at the Exchange Dental Group and it was such a positive experience. I haven't been to the dentist in a long time and needed a cleaning, exam and xrays. Raquel did my cleaning and she is the absolute sweetest and best. She was so kind and gentle and enormously helpful and supportive. Diana did my xrays and she was also extremely kind and patient with me even though it took multiple attempts. Dr. Smith reviewed everything with me and explained all of my options. She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive and was very thorough and caring. Overall, everyone including Keith at reception and the exceptionally kind woman who scheduled my follow-up were so, so nice and helpful. Jennifer also called me before my appointment to discuss my insurance and she was very helpful and informative as well. If you need a cleaning or some dental work, I highly recommend the practice and I am so glad that I found them.

Such plesant greeting by Keith at the front desk... the wait time was less than 5 mins... Raquel my hygenist was fantastic, explained everything she was going to do and was a professional - had great bedside manner from X-rays to cleaning she really took her time and pain free! After everything was done Dr Wong showed up on time and took the time to explain what was going on and the options I had. Never felt rushed and he did a fantastic job. Even Liza at checkout was very plesant and explained everything to me patiently and never felt pressured to book something without thinking it over. I wish my insurance covered all of the other procedures that I need to get done. This is the first time I went into such practice and felt like I belonged and everyone was respectful of my time and the service was first class! Highly Recommended Dr Wong and team to anyone needing dental care.

I don’t write reviews lightly, especially when it comes to healthcare and I’m extremely picky. I’m also someone who’s prone to dental issues, so I’ve spent more time in dental chairs than I’d like to admit. That’s exactly why I can confidently say Dr. Smith is exceptional. She is incredibly thorough, thoughtful, and meticulous. I never feel rushed, and I always feel fully informed and cared for. She catches things early, explains everything clearly, and genuinely prioritizes long-term dental health. The office itself is just as impressive. Exchange runs a seamless, highly professional practice. Every interaction from scheduling to check-out is smooth and efficient. I have never once had to worry about insurance, billing surprises, or administrative headaches. They handle everything flawlessly, which is such a gift. I recommend Dr. Smith and Exchange to literally everyone in my life. There is something so reassuring about knowing you’re in capable, organized, professional hands. I feel completely at ease knowing Dr. Smith is my dentist and that Exchange is the team supporting her. Five stars isn’t enough!!!

This was my first visit to Exchange Dental Group, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The front desk staff was welcoming and organized, and the doctors and assistants were professional, thorough, and easy to talk to. I also brought my wife and baby (first visit), and the entire team made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. It’s clear they value patient experience and take pride in what they do. First time there and I had an amazing experience. No one loves the dentist let’s be real so making the best of a necessary situation is important. The staff was super friendly and professional. They explained their findings and laid out a plan. No scolding just an adult conversation as it should be. I will not dread going back.
