Extremely grateful for the experience I had today. I had the pleasure of having a cleaning done with Lisa, who made me comfortable and relaxed. Lisa did something that I haven’t experienced at any other practice, which was taking the time to share changes I could implement to ensure I’m effectively and efficiently making the most of my daily dental care routine. I really appreciated it. I also wanted to give a shout out to Maria, whose energy stood out. She was funny and friendly and that kind of presence makes a big difference to what can sometimes feel like a daunting visit to the dentist. And a quick thank you to Yanet for being patient and helpful in navigating my hectic schedule to ensure I was able to get my next visit scheduled and had all the details upfront. 5 stars for Lisa, Maria, and Yanet! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I’ve had to go in for deep cleanings and they always are very encouraging and reassuring that they can help get my teeth back on track after my own neglect. Everyone there explains things clearly and are very informative if you have any questions. Lea is very kind and also take the time to really get to know the patients and make the experience a good one. Definitely going to recommend all my friends this practice over others.

I’ve had the most painless experiences with this amazing team of dental professionals. A big shout-out to the newest addition, Dr. Sutton—she’s such a perfect fit for the team! She’s caring, sweet, knowledgeable, and not afraid to consult with another doctor to confirm her diagnosis of the tooth causing my infection. She performed a root canal on me, explaining each step as she worked her magic, and I was comfortable the entire time. Even though it was Friday and the rest of the staff had left for the weekend, she and her assistant never rushed, focusing only on my comfort and delivering top-notch work, no matter how long it took. Dr. Sutton is a wonderful addition to this practice—caring, compassionate, kind, and professional with both her patients and her assistant. Recently a front tooth chipped so I made an appointment at Biltmore Commons Dental Care. Without going into detail, after a diagnostic x-ray, a repair was made to my great satisfaction. Importantly I was treated throughout by each practice member with friendly kindness, professionalism and experienced expertise. Highly recommended.

I just went to Biltmore Common Dental and I am walking on cloud nine! I had gone to another dentist and was told I needed a crown, and had four cavities. I came to Biltmore Dental for a second opinion, and they reviewed my x-rays and took some new x-rays and I do not need a crown or any cavities filled!! I highly recommend Biltmore Common Dental for being so honest I will never go anywhere else!! Maribeth All
