I first learned about Biltmore Dental when I was having a dental emergency. I took a leap and booked a same day appointment with them. Dr. Coles was amazing! He walked me through every step of treatment and even texted to check on me after my root canal. Omar is a great hygienist. He just did my cleaning today and my teeth feel better than ever. I highly recommend!

Absolutely LOVE this office!! Devon, Anahi (I apologize if I spelled names wrong) and Omar were amazingly friendly, kind, helpful and supportive in our care. Dr. Cole also was absolutely amazing and so incredibly kind and educational and took his time to explain everything my kiddos needed. They all were so sweet and focused on our care and worked with us to ensure our finances were not a concern when it came to my kids’ care. Their priority is to care for their patients above everything and you can sense it the moment you walk into their beautiful office and are greeted by their friendly and kind staff willing to take care of whatever you need to take care of you as their patient. Even if it’s having to hold forever with your insurance company. :) THEY ARE SIMPLY THE BEST!!! 🩷

Everyone at Biltmore Dental is exceptionally friendly, hardworking, and professional. Dr. Coles and Ruby are truly talented dental professionals who clearly care about their patients and take great pride in their work. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental treatment, and from the moment I walked in, everyone in the office was kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate. At no point did I sense even a hint of irritation or impatience with my anxiety—only understanding and reassurance. They took the time to explain everything, moved at a pace that felt safe for me, and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. Because of their care and professionalism, what is usually a very stressful experience for me became manageable and even positive. I cannot recommend Dr. Coles and the entire Biltmore Dental team highly enough.

Great spot! Even thought I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, they really made me comfortable. Omar was amazing throughout my treatment. He's very informative, knowledgeable and funny. He talked me through everything and I literally felt zero pain in 2.5 hours!! I highly recommend. Great spot if you have to go to dentist
